Big part of the building was under construction. The room’s window was wide open when we came in, which is good for airing but also meant it was freezing when we arrived (around midnight)

Very close to the airport and the charter service they provide is fantastic! We stayed for like 5 hours, we just needed somewhere to sleep, so we didn’t really look around. The room was quite simple and small, but it was good enough for what we needed.

Although it was really cheap at the time I booked, I was expecting some minimum standards. The room had a huge cobweb and the drain in the shower was blocked. Those were simple things that they could have avoided easily.

It is close to the airport. As a last minute book, they did the job.

It was cold in the room , and I was not able to adjust even if I increased the temperature. Could not call the front desk , tried 0. . Showers are really small. I regret that the person at the front desk was too busy talking to the shuttle driver and did ask if everything was ok, which is the bare minimum when you checked out .

They do have a free shuttle and they are the only one in this neighborhood. They are renovating , I hope the showers are going to be bigger. Room are standard size, usually for 1 night. They do have a vending machine with homemade meals which look yummy.

See previous awful service from booking.com. Staff had no record booking.com failed to respond to all customer service. I left hotel and no idea if hotel got paid. Booking.com ruined holiday.

Hotel going through reservations. Booking.com ruined the experience in all ways though as not sent through comms through properly so had no record of my payment and reservation. I repeatedly tried to get hold of booking.com but still not heard anything from the company. You should also advertise going through rennovations and check rooms have curtains and key cards work. Bus to airport and wifi good.

We were not aware of parking fees until we were trying to check out

Their shuttle service was lacking. Our booking info told to call when we were ready to be picked up; this could not be prearranged. Their website states do not call they are too busy; the shuttle will come every 30 minutes. We waited 45 minutand began calling. Our calls were never answered. A shuttle driver arrived 10 minutes after repeatdly call without answer. We climbed into the back seat of the van leaving the front for others. We waited a while for potential others to arrive. The driver got in the van and started to drive away with the door open and yelled at me to come to the front of the van and close it. The morning driver was a woman who was on time getting us to the airport and professional in her conduct. She closed the door before driving away. The photos of this hotel are misleading. It lists a restuarant. There are a number of photos of a bar. The bar is shut doown. They served breakfast in the morning. But there wasn't a restuarant for dinner and really nothing nearby so I was glad we brought snacks. The room for two was small which was fine but our double room is really only setup for one. There is a single bedside table, so I repurposed a chair on my side of the bed. Power outlets are only on one side of the room, so having my 6ft phone charing cable came in handy. My partner needed to stay an extra night and the desk clerk did not know how to extend her stay. Everything we asked him received the response I have to call my colleage. She ended up booking the second night online. In the morning the same clerk was at the desk, so she informed him she had booked a second night. He asked her to bring down her luggage for storage, give him the room key and wanted to know when she was coming back so he could have another room ready. After a bit of discussion. She wrote the owner a note at the clerks request providing all details of her stay extension in the room we had. Staff training much needed. The room was clean. The matress was comfortable.

The shuttle was waiting for us in the morning with a different driver who promptly took us to the airport.

Shuttle was on demand. You had to ring. Website said frequent service. Hotel partly under renovation. Staff could be more positive attitude to guests.

Location to CDG airport. Short walk to village centre for essential shops. Kebab cafe welcoming.

The hotel did not have a restaurant. Already it was in a remote area. Being near the airport the remoteness of the area in understandable. But then there should be a restaurant in the hotel. Otherwise to avail good food for dinner you have to go out of the hotel.

The airport shuttle never turned up when I arrived at the airport. I waited over one and a half hours and had to get an Uber in the end.

The grounds at the entrance to the hotel were unkempt and uncared for. The staff were brusque at the point of being rude. They exhibited no hospitality. No restaurant for dinner.
