Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bathroom light was flickery and the shower didn’t drain brilliantly. If late to breakfast the choice was more limited as not everything was replenished.
Location was excellent for all main sights of Right Bank; walkable to Montmartre, Opera Garnier and Palais Royal and good metro links for Camps Elysées and Trocadero ( for Eiffel Tower). The continental breakfast was satisfactory with a selection of cereal, bread, preserves, cold meats etc and good coffee machine. Our family room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean. All of the staff on reception were extremely helpful and informative. Generally , the ambiance in the area was nice with a good choice of bars and places to eat.

The location is superb! It's right in the middle of everything. There was an electric kettle and a coffee maker in the room - excellent. The hotel manager Karima was absolutely wonderful!

The staff were amazing. Very warm and helpful. We received a free upgrade to a bigger room. This was super. The location of the hotel is amazing, close to the metro and buses. Lots of restaurants in the area. A very central location, we were never bored. The hotel offers a free coffee machine at the reception and free afternoon snacks. It was also super clean. Loved our stay and will definitely be back here.

ArmeniaThe hotel fronton was undergoing a renovation as part of a governmental decision facing the upcoming Olympics 2024. Workers were walking just in front of our window starting from early morning, right next to the bed. Also due to this, it was hard to find the hotel door at first. The cleaning personnel was not doing their job properly. We stayed for a week and they have not cleaned the floors or bathroom for once. One time they put clean towels and left the used ones piled on the table... The bathroom accessories (shampoo, soap) were also not updated during our stay. The safe in the room had problems, we had to call for the staff to reset it several times because it was self-locking while the door was open and stuck in a loading state. The room itself was tiny (which is expected in the center of Paris) but also a very strange architecture having very heavy double doors and unusable round walls.
The hotel has an amazing location. At least 3 metro stations are nearby, plus it is only a 25 min walk to Louvre in the South and Sacre Coeur in the North. A lot of cafes, and restaurants were nearby, as well as grocery stores and pharmacies. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a hairdryer, coffee machine, and kettle, and the tea bags, capsules, and additives were refreshed daily. TV was showing only French channels. The rooms seemed to have been renovated recently. Everything seemed clean and new. The bathroom was comfortable, with hot & cold water with nice pressure. The AC worked well, also there was a window facing the city to get some fresh air. The bed was small but very comfortable. It offered breakfast for 14 euros, but a much better option was to eat in the numerous cafes downstairs :)

United StatesWe were disappointed that the hotel was contacted several months in advance informing them of us celebrating our 30+ years of marriage. They didn’t respond at all to the message. There was a second message sent without a response from the hotel. We were anticipating some small decorations for our room.
The hotel location was great. The staff was very helpful with providing directions to places of interests and restaurants in the area.
