The same things for breakfast everyday. No meat or ham, no scramble eggs. It needs to be improved. The hotel is not well sound proofed.

One can hear the metro from the third floor. It is ok at night because the metro closes but during the day the whole building vibrates

A bit out of the centre, but on a good metro line. The heating/air con unit is really loud.

Breakfast - There was nothing Hot and options were very limited. The cost of breakfast at 14 Euros was high for what was on offer. The TV remote. It was impossible to adjust the sound, which could not be heard. Noise from the nearby Metro station....but that is not the hotels fault, but should be mentioned in the description, as it is both noisy and the vibration can be felt through the building. On another note, the lift was the smallest lift I'd ever been in. I had to stand sideways to travel up, as it was so thin.

A little bit noisy due to metro and tram nearby

Very good location, M8 metro was almost in front of the building and the neighbourhood was chill and calm. The breakfast was nice and tasty, with fresh orange juice, boiled eggs and delicious pastry. The bed was quite comfortable and the modern bathroom was fully equipped (including hairdryer which was useful)

It was a pleasant hotel with a nice location. it was clean. I chose the single room and it was comfortable. I read that there was metro noise. Unfortunatly true. But the most important thing for a touristic trip is its location and cleanliness. It was very nice that the hotel met all the needs.

The whole building vibrates each time when a metro passes by. Very noisy until the last metro over midnight. The heating system is through air con, which is not working well.

Breakfast was underwhelming...it's basically a continental...but there are many great bakeries and a fruit shop closeby.

Very friendly staff and charming room in an old building with hardwood floors and big windows that open up to street views. Great location with a nice market on Sunday and very close to the Subway.

The room was very nice and have all necessary facilities and even better than most of 3 starts hotels I have been in. For example there is safe box, ironing equipment and all bath/personal cleaning stuff. I would like to thank the property staff specially those working on the reception for the upgrade room and their enthusiasm to serve and help guests. They have provide us the exclusive room which is the bigger room and was on a quiet back street.

The lift is tiny! Seriously, not for the claustrophobic. You will read of sounds and vibration from the Metro below, we were on the second floor and could hear it but not enough to wake you or keep you awake so don't let it put you off.

Ideally located for good transport links, has been modernised and is clean and bright.

Tremors from traffic or trains. No place to eat lunch after 14:00. No subtitles available on TV or any channels (not even the news) in English.

Staff - everyone was super kind and helpful, great breakfast, access to tram and underground. Shopping, pride in their build and jobs.

- No interleading/family rooms - The noise from the metro was quite loud from 5am onwards.

The noise of the metro is a bit bothering, but if not sensitive it is okay. And during the night the frequency is less.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very welcoming. They allows dogs which is why I chose this hotel.

The rumbling of the metro can wake some people up. We didn’t mind it personally.

The place was very convenient next to a metro stop outside (about 15 mins metro to central are in Paris) Staff are also very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was comfortable with everything needed.

The tram noise which everyone is taking about. It literally vibrates the floor and it runs until midnight and functions early morning. I told about the dust in the room, when I check below the bed it was full of dust. The elevator is super tiny.

I didn't like that the breakfast has not been included and the noises from the trams. Also a lot of noise from the other rooms.

The first thing is a sound and vibration from the subway it’s right underneath the hotel! Ear plugs wouldn’t help! Then breakfast, not enough meals, probably for the French it ok but for me no. There no meat at all, no lactose free milk, small variety of food. Eggs only boiled.. well just think that for a wider types of tourists it should be better breakfast. Or, please write that is French like type of breakfast

TV in room - not easily accessible for certain devices , not really a problem as that wasn't the reason for our Trip to Paris .
