Superior room is quite modest. No minibar/minifridge. No air con, so you have to keep the windows open. Unfortunately, since the smoking area was right under the window which was unpleasant and unhealthy.

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. Friendly staff. Private parking (10€/night). Good instructions to the parking place from the reception. Dogs accepted (5€/night). Sympathetic atmosphere.

The room was just slightly cold and there was no option to turn on the heating system.

Stayed in September. Lovely and quaint hotel in the middle of town. Great location. There was lift access. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The room was sizeable, clean and renovated. There was a fan in the room which was welcome. There is a small bar with inside and outside seating which was great. Breakfast was in the outdoor/indoor area and was very nice & good value. There is excellent secure parking for bikes. It was a very nice stay; can recommend

We thought we were getting room with a view of the clock tower as in the photo but we were placed at the back of the hotel. Room was comfortable, just disapointed. Also was charged $3 when I asked the front dest for a hot tea as there are no kettles in the room! Unable to find the private parking so just parked in village lot nearby.

Parking a little bit of an issue. Number of places for hotel necessitate reserving in advance. In the hot summer months the absence of air conditioning or shutters makes the room become very hot. I noticed a number of guests looking as if they had had a restless night’s sleep.

The comfort double room was rather small .

Hotel right in the centre of the village with beautiful view on the square if you get a superior room ( very spacious with comfortable beds) . We had one night in a comfort double room and one night in a superior double room. We could park for free in the car park de la streng which is very near. The breakfast was delicious and the staff really friendly. There are lovely shops and restaurants in walking distance . We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Lack of a small refrigerator in the room. Nothing more as all was perfectly acceptable.

Friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay pleasurable. Excellent location in the center of town. Room was small, but sufficient. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room to store our perishable purchases (hint). Didn't choose the additional breakfast, but did have coffee which was good. As the Rathaus (next to the hotel) is currently getting a facelift parking was more difficult though manageable. All in all a very nice stay in a town that we never miss when touring through Alsace.
