We did not live in the same room as in the pictures on the booking. The ceiling is leaking and water is dripping directly onto our heads. The staff is not friendly and speaks poor English. Durung checki in we waited near 30 minutes for at least someone to come to the reception and check us in. Phone calls are not answered yet. Poor quality service and very unpleasant atmosphere

We did not get proper towels for a couple. One day we got only one bath towel and one face towel, another day we got two face towels. The position of the radiator thermostat was not nice, the consequence was that we hit it several times while passing next to it.

The cleaning when we arrived, found nails in the bed proving that the linen was NOT changed. After complaint the cleaning was changed.

Not to bad for spend few days, comparing price and location. Hotel needs to be refurbished, curtains need to be changed. And the sheets MUST to change after each costumer leave.

No cleaning on some days, no soap, no change of bed sheets, no change of towels, no cup for drinking water and very low room heating that became cold after midnight.

The room could have been cleaner (dust in corners), room service did come everyday but did not make the bed or change the bed linen which would’ve been nice. Walls to other rooms are rather thin so one can easily listen in on conversations next door. I had quite a loud fridge in my room which I needed to unplug in order to sleep.

The room was extremely small. I literally had to move the tiny desk to even open a mini fridge. Other than the bed, there was one foot to its right and front, and about 3-4 feet of space to its left. The room is about the size of a prison cell. The bathroom is also tiny... so small that I had to angle my body to stand in front of the sink because there's so little space between wall and shower. Also, no AC and very few outlets on the walls (only one on the wall opposite of the bed and this one is for TV... so we had to unplug the TV so we could have fan blowing from the bottom of the bed).

It was clean and location was pretty good. The staff was very nice.

Filthy. Could write my name on the floor with how thick the dust was. Sheets didn’t cover the full mattress and you could see the brown and yellow large stains that covered it

Poor hygiene standards, no air con, towels all ripped, curtain had a hole in, only one lamp worked in the room, mould in the shower, no bedding change for 4 nights, pictures on booking site are very misleading

The bathrooms were not as clean as I would have liked. The room was too dark and the lights did not work as well.

Very good location, near to several metro and bus stations. Nice and vibrant area. Good price-performance, especially in Paris. Fresh towels every day. Not very fresh or aesthetic but still better than some places.

Hotel is decent, but needs renovation badly. I stayed in a one person room so the size was accordingly small, it's ok, but the bathroom was way too small, no room to sit properly. A couple of towels were ripped a little bit. All in all it's ok for someone who just needs a clean bed and shower and just comes back to the hotel to sleep like me, but if you want to relax and some comfort than it's not for you. There was an old (but working) mini fridge in the room but no kettle, but i didn't ask for it at the reception. All in all I would say the hotel is decent enough.

The room was in very bad standing - holes in the walls and floors weren’t complete as well as the shower. there was an old piece of gum on the floor?

It can be pretty noisy, and hard to communicate with the staff, who don’t often seem to be around.

The room had been recently renovated and everything seemed very clean. It’s accessible to the subway and an excellent bakery next door open very early to quite late, in an area with a lot of food options.

There was bold in the rest room around the toilet and on the toilet roll holder. the fridge had mold and did not work. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors snoring and talking

The hotel room hasn't been updated for the long time. The cabinet under wash sink seem to be broken. Overall it is very basic.

Price, compared to other hotels. Location was accessible by the metro and neighborhood is nice.

Cleaning of the room could use some improvement. But - it was decent enough at a low price.

Excellent location next to the subway in a nice residential area in Paris. Not exactly in the centrer - but close enough. And super easy to get around with the subway. Very close to the Pere Lachaise cemetery.

one night, I couldn't get in through the front door. it was locked and I hadn't gotten any passcode to get through it. and the personel had said the door was open 24/7. I tried calling and checking documents. no luck. in the end, some guy came who had a number that responded. I don't know what I would have done if he hadn't showed it. I only waited 5-8 minutes - but it felt terrible, since it was 2am in the night.
