Light switch in bedroom on one side of bed didn’t work so couldn’t turn it on during the night. Bathroom had step up into it which was awkward and no lock inside the door. Door to room hit off glass table when you entered and one side of bed had drawer unit with couple of inches to squeeze past but we managed. Staff were so nice it didn’t seem worth making a fuss. And we were upgraded on arrival due to renovations taking place so it was all fine.

Breakfast was lovely. Lots of food service was amazing Staff were all friendly and helpful Room was small but what was expected for central Paris. Room was lovely and warm. Some renovations going on so it was a bit noisy and scaffolding outside the front of the building in front of our room.

The personal just does it all. The hotel in not perfect, but the people working there are saving the place. I’m happy i was here.

There was no lift access to our room(3rd floor). We had to take stairs every time especially after exploring the city which became a pain.

It was very clean and it was on great location. Their breakfast was okay as well.

The toilet and the bathroom were different than the room pictures. While I can understand that not every room is precisely the same, but it would have been nice to know in advance that the toilet was in a closet with no ventilation :)

Locations is great, all the pubs restaurans of st germain area are walking distance and subway/bus station are just 3 minutes away. extremely welcoming staff. Rooms were clean, big enough and quite comfortable. I believe this place deserve more than 8.1 rating.

The rooms were small and the toilet room was so small that we hit our knees on the walls when sitting on the toilet (we are both 6 foot tall) and the toilet room had no ventilation (stinky). The room was really too hot on a winter day so we did have to ask for a fan and open the window due to not being able to control the central air.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel is a little dated, and some rooms have no access by lift, this did not affect me except when checking out with luggage. While the hotel is very quiet to street noise, rooms are close together and noise from adjacent guests, and slamming doors can be disruptive to sleep.

A wonderful hotel in a Great location. The room had a level of basic Comfort and was a very good value. I liked the traditional interior design, and the breakfast, while optional, was nice. Highly recommend.

Poor access to the doors from the street, but to be expected due to scaffold and works outside.

Croissants, Croissants, Croissants, my girls had high expectations for the Croissants, (I mean it's Paris)... The hotel exceeded the expectations on food and location, quite comfortable too. The Christmas tree seating area was just the right touch to get onto the spirit.

Fantastic central location with many beautiful shops restaurants nearby. Exceptionally friendly helpful reception team, you are the best especially Candice. Got upgraded to a deluxe room and early check in without asking. Lovely birthday note and balloons for my daughter’s birthday which was very sweet. Thank you!

Room with lift access, nicely decorated, quiet. Great location near metro, bus, restaurants. Many sights walking distance.

This is a lovely property in a very good location for exploring Paris. The room was very nicely appointed and comfortable. It was also very quiet and airy, didn’t have that small hotel room stuffiness. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful.
