The breakfast staff was standing outside the room, and wasn't very efficient. Our neighbour had to wait for a while to be served, and the boiling water I asked for was not hot.

We chose this location to be close to our family. The room was very quiet, very bright on the 6th floor, with a nice view over Paris houses and roofs. The breakfast was very good in a very pretty "véranda" overlooking a true garden perfectly maintained and reflected in a large and high mirror.

better coffee and croissants would be great, other parts of breakfast were surprisingly good, like the applesauce and yoghurt and fresh fruit, meats, cheese were tops.... of course a functional elevator would be nice, and 24 hours self access to ice and water (without disturbing reception, which can be busy)

the staff were well humored, which is important when your elevator isn't working and you have a fully booked hotel with 5 flights to walk up. the garden is heavenly, and the basement space charming. the room was confortable and charming with a view of rooftops and cathedral st germain. don't miss the apple compote at breakfast.

Teeny shower but that was expected. Elevator was 80# available but was being repaired.

Daily breakfast was really good. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great location - 5 min walk to St. Germaine Metro station, 10 min walk to the Louvre. Friendly staff. Very clean.

The hotel has a significant problem with its lift which would stop me from staying again at the moment. It literally broke down multiple times each day. I understand the lift is being replaced in November (2023) so if you have mobility issues and are booking this hotel because they have a lift then maybe wait until after the lift is replaced. Otherwise you’ll be climbing up to 6 floors. Other unusual thing was that the bathroom area the toilet was in was so small the toilet seat would not stay up. Not sure if this is an issue in all rooms.

Lovely hotel in a lively location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with a gorgeous breakfast room and garden setting. Room was generally comfortable. Air con was excellent. Apart from the hopefully temporary problem mentioned below I would absolutely stay here again.

Lift was totally unpredictable. Tbf the hotel did let us know beforehand, but even so 5 flight gets up is a slog!

Very clean, amazing location! Staff were friendly and polite and sorted our room booking issue professionally and In a really friendly way. The garden is tranquil and a real bonus!!
