We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAlthough we really appreciated the hosts making some adjustments to enable us to have various fish dishes, there was no dedicated vegetarian main course option. We’d be cautious recommending it to strict vegetarian/vegan travellers hoping to dine in often. For anyone else, we’d highly recommend it. It felt a little unusual to have no hot/cold drink making facilities in the rooms themselves.
Beautiful peaceful countryside location, but also close to interesting towns, villages, vineyards and scenery to visit. Excellent long, clean, safe and secure swimming pool. Very friendly host who was happy to facilitate conversation with me in my tentative years-old French which I enjoyed. Lovely breakfasts on the terrace in the mornings. Very good local traditional home cooked three course evening meals. Different restaurants to try within a short drive away.

Germanywe booked based on the information that dogs were allowed, however upon arrival - we were very unfriendly informed that only one dog was accepted (we had two), and therefore our booking was canceled. even as we informed them that our dogs never sleep/stay inside but always are kept outside on their own doggy-matraze. luckely enough - an elderly friendly Madame (owner of the compound ?) offered us a nice alternative room on the compound.

United Kingdomit would have been very useful to have a fridge in the room. We would also have appreciated vegetarian options on the menu.
Beautiful farmhouse with a family atmosphere and loads of character- our room was in a turret with a spiral staircase! Breakfast included croissants, home- made jam and yogurt with local apricots. We had a couple of very good evening meals in the restaurant. We all enjoyed the pool which is a decent size. The staff were very welcoming- patron Thomas gave us useful info on places to visit. They were very accommodating of changes to our booking.

NetherlandsVery charming place, in the middle of nowhere, yet only a short drive away from many interesting places. The old Provencal building is gorgeous, and so are the gardens and pool area. The restaurant is excellent, and a beautiful terrace under an old tree to have a drink before dinner makes it complete. The people are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

NetherlandsNothing worth mentioning. Yes there are very few sockets etc but with a bit of planning it was fine- it didn’t bother us at all.
After reading some of the reviews, we were a bit worried about our two week stay at the accommodation, but we’ve had a wonderful time! The location is beautiful and calm, the owners were very friendly and the food was delicious! We are sad to leave such an amazing, relaxing place and wonderful hosts. We’ve had the most amazing time there and would 100% recommend.

United Kingdom1) unwelcoming staff 2) the room was basic, only one socket in the room. One in the bathroom. 3) during our stay the weather was hot. Early July. The room.at the top of the house was stiffling with only one window. Too hot to sit in the room with it closed so with it open the room became full of insects. We were bitten all over. 4) after the restaurant closed at 9pm. All lights in the courtyard were turned off. There are tables and chairs around the terrace area so we found ourselves sitting in the dark. All in all it was shocking. We went to bed by 10.30 however the room was impossible to sleep in. By midnight we had enough, left the hotel and found somewhere to sleep. We never returned and neither would I. Very poor indeed.
The gardens and grounds were superb. Very clean swimming pool. However, unless you are planning to sleep outside that's where the positives finish

BrazilService is AWFUL. At arrival, we faced a guy who hardly spoke and showed our way without thinking about helping for the luggage and not showing us the room (seems like he did not want to climb the stairs). Don’t hope for late or over night service. At departure, we were blamed for being 20 min late for check out, after having paid a fortune for 2 nights. Should go for a training about hosting 101
