We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot a dislike but it is located opposite Lidl on a roundabout, so, not exactly picturesque. That said, it is in its own grounds and is very well located on the edge of the town. We walked into the centre by the scenic route in 30 mins.

Hotel donibane is extremely tranquil despite its location in a busy area. The staff are always exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic but the bed extremely comfortable and large. An excellent heating system and a large heated towel rail in the bathroom. The shower is efficient and powerful. Wifi good. The gardens are large and beautiful with facilities for outdoor dining or coffee. The large heated swimming pool with lovely sun terrace is a huge bonus. The restaurant is absolutely excellent with beautifully presented high quality food on offer for breakfast and dinner
