PolandNo parking, the room was also very, very cold (it was a cold winter day that we spent there). The bathroom arrangement was weird. The toilet was its only little room, but the washing basin and shower were in the room separated from the rest of the room by only a thin wall and a curtain.

The welcome was amazing. The hostess speaks French and English fluently. It was the most friendly hostess that I have encountered. After our checkout, she gave us the option to leave our luggage there until we were ready to go home. The room was very clean. The room also included a microwave oven, which was a nice touch.

United KingdomThere is no elevator and some steep stairs to climb to our our room on the second floor, though that did not bother us too much.
The hotel was freshly decorated in a wonderfully flamboyant French style. Our room, though small, was cleverly laid out so included everything that we could have needed. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Our hosts, despite having not a word of English, did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfasts were fine and great value for money. The location suited us well. It was about a ten minute walk to both the city centre and Lille Europe train station.

BelgiumThere is no elevator in the hotel and it might be a bit inconvenient for someone bringing a big suitcase, especially if their room is on the upper floor.
The location was great, it is very close to the station and city centre. The room is clean, it is not very big, but enough for two people. My friend and I did not spend a lot of time in the room, so it was just fine for us. The staff is friendly.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. There is kettle, mini refrigerator, etc. everything you might need is available. Toilet and bathroom were very clean. Its location is perfect. Right in the city center and just the opposite the train station. If you want to travel to Lille, do not think of another hotel.
