Everything was perfect. Hotel location, cleanliness, service. Everything we asked, they did their best to make it happen. Many thanks to Mr. Ali from the reception, with whom I arranged a surprise for my husband's birthday, champagne and cake. Everything was as agreed with extra balloons and writing on the wall. Mrs. Alexandra from the reception surprised us with macaroons in the room and a nice card when she found out that we were also celebrating our wedding anniversary. A hotel to which we will definitely return the next time we come to Paris. 🥰

My only only complaint was guest parking as it ran out of space which I ended up parking my vehicle off site. Luckily staff helped me book a parking spot at the remote garage which was only two blocks away.

Hotel was excellent and so was the staff. Excellent location as it was a few blocks away from the champ elyse and awesome restaurants. Hotel room had a nice big window that you could open in the morning and enjoy some fresh air. Rooms were very clean and had no issues. Breakfast was awesome and had enough selection to get your day started. I Would definitely stay here again should i come back to visit.

We were told that room service was available but it wasn't. The hotel was a little noisy early morning from around 6am not sure why. Our room was lovely however the small fridge wasn't workingnot was the coffee machine which was a little inconvenient.

The location of the hotel was excellent. At the end of the road where the hotel was situated was the Arc de Triumph & the champs Elysées less than 10 minute walk away to access the designer shops The river Seine was less than 10 minute walk away as was the Eiffel Tower. Staff were very attentive & there were plenty of restaurants for eating out on the doorstep.

The towel heater was not working in the bathroom. If it had, it may have helped warm up the bathroom.

We were there over new years and due to road closures couldn’t make it to the hotel for about 4 hours. The hotel has this funny policy of only providing water for the first day, so if you stay five nights with two rooms you only get one bottle of water which is unheard of. Then if you want water they ask you to purchase water from the mini bar for 9€. After a long day the last thing you think of is stopping past the monoprix to get water. It’s such a simple thing to provide fresh bottles of water especially because you’re already paying so much for the hotel.

The property for Paris is a decent size and very well positioned close to the hustle and bustle of the champs élysées but further away as not to be bothered by the noise.

Although I made the reservation breakfast included, when I reached the hotel , I am informed that there was no breakfast. I decided to stay in this hotel and paid the amount it was breakfast included. Unfortunately, my problem was not solved by the hotel and booking. Com. I made this booking with my husband and we are both sure about the items included reservation. This situatiın bothered me because while you are making the reservation, the condions changed after you paid the fee. I cannot proove this since I did not take the photo offer before payment. ( I did not imagine that there will be such change) I loose my trust on this booking system, I am not sure if I will be using it again. Hope you consider this feedback to improve this problem. Front facing rooms can be noisy with traffic however this may not bother everyone.
