IndiaBreakfast was not good.. They have only 1 pepper bottle which is passed to all the tables .. To go to the station there is a big slope to climb which is not possible with bags.. We had to book a cab for it
Coffee facility in lobby at anytime was v helpful.. Breakfast was not good enough.. My booking was done well in advance but as usual when we reach the hotel all rooms are full and they have no choice for us.. We did not get rooms next to each other though I had mentioned it in the comments.. Lift is v small.. We have to climb few steps with bags for the lift n lobby..

TurkeyWe had a double room and I stayed with my friend but the room was a bit small for two people. The bathroom was also small, it would be good for one person but for two ppl it wasn't that suitable. There were bigger rooms for two ppl but ours was not big. There was hardly a space for two luggages. The bed was comfortable.
We loved the location, atmosphere of the hotel, the lobby was nice and there was free coffee and water. The staff was very friendly. The terrace was beautfiul and it was so close to the train station. Locationwise it was convenient. we were able to walk to the city center in 15-20 mins.

United KingdomA minor thing but we needed internet access in relation to our return journey. The WIFI was unsecure and our protection systems would not allow access. We had to make arrangements from elsewhere.
Hotel was very comfortable. Staff friendly and very helpful. Decor was quirky, interesting and very nice. Location is a few minutes from Train station and about a 15 minute walk to main amenities and Promenade des Anglais. Room was a good size with separate WC from shower room. Breakfast was good. Bed was a super king size and comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for couple of nights with our family and we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony with a view of the city. The location was great, as it was close to the railway station and the beach was within walking distance.

CanadaThere is certainly one thing to improve, it is the quality of the bath towels, definitely not representative of a 4 star hotel, very poor quality, thin and over used.
The location was great, close to main streets. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. One day we had a complain about the cleaning of our room, it wasn't tidy enough, job had been done quickly and poorly. The gentleman at the reception desk apologized profusely and offered us free breakfasts.

United KingdomThe bedrooms need a manual because for example there was a fridge which i did not locate until the last day. Had difficulty finding the hairdryer. Buffet breakfast good, but not monitored enough, so items run out like pastries and croissants. Have to go early to enjoy. There are large steps within the hotel entrance, so not suitable for people with mobility problems to access. Overall a good experience.
Friendly, helpful staff. Room comfortable, clean and attractive. House keeping excellent, towels and bedding regularly changed. Lounge area serves tea, coffee and water all day for free to guests. Quiet and good for meeting friends. Near the station, good for visiting other places like Cannes and Monaco and 12 minutes walk to the sea. Would recomnend the hotel.

The hotel is located in a good place, close to the train station and the center. It is well connected to the airport. The staff is very friendly. In the hotel you have free coffee, tea and water. Breakfast is good. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The only complaint is the smell of humidity in the room, but when the room is heated it is not noticeable.

Also, we had booked directly, received a confirmation email and subsequently had our reservation cancelled via an email - not even a phone call and with no explanation as to the reason of the cancellation. Bathroom was not as shown in photos with major wear and tear on sink and bathtub.
