But i have to say that the pool was not well mantained. Some area were closed like they were abandoned, without explanation (for example, the Dragon water slide)

Nothing we didn't like about our stay

The location was perfect, all staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, the facilities were amazing, lots to do and rooms were very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was good, a little disappointed that there was no bacon and sausages included but otherwise completely satisfied.

Bathrooms very small for a family room 5 people! Cleaning in bathroom wasn’t great and needs some work shower head only half working. Breakfast needs re looking at choices very limited and would be better if was not charged full breakfast or even maybe a bit more variety on the offer

Lots for kids to do, great location to station and Disney Free shuttle. Rooms made up, fresh towels daily and great service to be able to check in early excellent value for money

The shuttles from the bus gare to the hotel need be reorganised urgently. There is no queue and children may be left squeezed in the bus. Some people do not bother about others and only care about onboarding the bus. @management of hotel, please arrange for proper onboarding in bus travelling to the hotel.

Seemed long queues for drinks and snacks and expensive. Paris/Disney and hotel quite expensive for soft drinks and simple foods. More seating and tables. Extra staff to help queues it was Easter and very busy

Lots for the children to do in regards to swimming soft play and outside playground. Check in staff helpful. You can swim from early morning last entry 10:30pm

Breakfast and overall food options poor in quality. Grubby eating and soft play areas although kids didn’t notice! Shower temperature control in room wasn’t great.

Distance to Disney parks. Easy travel by shuttle. Clean room. Great heating in room. Excellent pool facility and late closure time. Family friendly. Easy check in and check out process. Friendly staff.

The soft play was absolutely filthy, full of dust sticky floors and In need of some repair. Breakfast provided was terrible. Ham cheese bread and salad. We upgraded our breakfast and it was just as bad as what’s provided for free in your stay. Buffet in the evening is minimal and expensive, eating in the Disney village cost about the same and variety and quality is so much better.

Great location! Free shuttle to and from the park every 10-12 mins. Swimming pool, softplay and park for the children. Marcos pizza is lovely the bar is a decent price.

Breakfast was very repetitive. No apples, pears, bananas, yoghurt pots, etc. Presume this was to prevent residents taking food to disney parks. Perhaps should offer variety and enforce no food to takeaway instead.

The only down side was the free shuttle service. The bus collection goes between this hotel and Dream Castle next door. We could not get on the bus on the second day and never managed to get on any coming back from Disney due to the amount of people. More shuttles are required at the peak times.

The rooms were clean but bathrooms could be a bit cleaner & feel like the menu lacked for food at marcos pizza bar.

The amount of facilities for the children and the opening times of the swimming pool great. The soft play a bit run down & could do with a deep clean!
