We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsI think my (single) room wasn’t used for a while since there was a sewage smell. Have breakfast before 8:30 as they didn’t restock yoghurt and cut fresh fruit. I was told that there was no more, even though breakfast is till 10am. There was a staff member helping out with breakfast who was on his first day, he was really friendly. Corridors very narrow.
The location, right opposite the Lille-Flandres trainstation. Since arriving late, I didn’t want to walk far. This was perfect.

The room was ok, though very strange vision with the toiled being open to the room (no door). Room was clean and quite comfortable but the balcony has been not clean for ages - many fag ends laying there. Please be aware that even if you book your room choosing more expensive option with a free cancellation, they still block the amount on your card (so you can't use it) while during check in, they charge you in advance (so my friend had it charged and the same amount additionally blocked for some time). They release it after check out. For me that was the main disadvantage, I can't imagine that with a longer stay.

Welcoming staff. Very good location opposite Flandres Rail station and 7 mins easy walk from Lille Europe ( Eurostar). Breakfast was very good.

The hotel was well placed for seeing Lille. It was an easy walk from the Eurostar station and to and from the old town.

Staff friendly and helpful; location was perfect, so close to both main train stations and a short walk to the main square and shopping. Duplex room was great with its own entrance but still accessible from inside the rest of the hotel and was spacious. Breakfast choices were reasonable with bacon, scrambled egg, beans, cereals, fruit, juices, yogurts, cheeses, cold meats and baked goodies
