Shower amazing, comfy bed, storage shelves, useful table & kitchenette. Good location, shops bars nearby & 5 mins to Gare Europe. Our 4 person room had 2 WCs which is perfect for a family Recommend

I think my (single) room wasn’t used for a while since there was a sewage smell. Have breakfast before 8:30 as they didn’t restock yoghurt and cut fresh fruit. I was told that there was no more, even though breakfast is till 10am. There was a staff member helping out with breakfast who was on his first day, he was really friendly. Corridors very narrow.

The location, right opposite the Lille-Flandres trainstation. Since arriving late, I didn’t want to walk far. This was perfect.

The card to our room stopped working twice and the elevator took a while which was a bit annoying since were up quite a few floors

I would have liked the coffee pods replenished. Also we did the green up but didn't know if we could have got a free drink or not.

The old style elevator, also the breakfast area is lovely with a beautiful view of the Lille Flanders Station main entrance.

The room was small, but cozy and clean. Very nice shower. The location just few meters away from the train station, and also few meters away from the city center.

The room was ok, though very strange vision with the toiled being open to the room (no door). Room was clean and quite comfortable but the balcony has been not clean for ages - many fag ends laying there. Please be aware that even if you book your room choosing more expensive option with a free cancellation, they still block the amount on your card (so you can't use it) while during check in, they charge you in advance (so my friend had it charged and the same amount additionally blocked for some time). They release it after check out. For me that was the main disadvantage, I can't imagine that with a longer stay.

There is no lobby as such. The hotel is small. My room was very small but I knew it. I would recommend superior room. However it was perfect for two nights.

Welcoming staff. Very good location opposite Flandres Rail station and 7 mins easy walk from Lille Europe ( Eurostar). Breakfast was very good.

The view from the room was onto the back of other buildings so neither pretty nor interesting. There was no gluten free option for the breakfast.

The hotel was well placed for seeing Lille. It was an easy walk from the Eurostar station and to and from the old town.

Hotel is very convenient if travelling by train as we were - just 2 minutes walk from the station. Our room was easily big enough for 2, the bathroom was large and well heated, everything was spotless.

The duplex room's self catering kitchenette was missing some practical basics like washing up liquid, dish cloths and there was no handle for the pans for the hob

Staff friendly and helpful; location was perfect, so close to both main train stations and a short walk to the main square and shopping. Duplex room was great with its own entrance but still accessible from inside the rest of the hotel and was spacious. Breakfast choices were reasonable with bacon, scrambled egg, beans, cereals, fruit, juices, yogurts, cheeses, cold meats and baked goodies
