We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeAs we like to be barefoot in our apartment, we did find some dust and debris on the floors when we first arrived. Also we were surprised that the lift did not take us all the way up to our attic floor, as one of the reasons we booked the apartment was the fact it had a lift- which many apartments in Cannes don't.
The apartment was modern, new and well maintained. It was generally clean and comfortable. I like that it was easily accessible on a main street. It was also generally quiet at night.

Great location across from the train station and easy walking distance to the beach, cafes and old town All the amenities you need plus a decent shower. I chose a different apartment at the start of my time in Cannes to save some money. It was a nightmare and I should have stuck with Florella from the start, even for the higher price. This is my 2nd stay in one of their Cannes apartments and I would definitely choose them.again for future stays.

Italyactually we didn’t like a bit that we could ear a lot of noise from the Boiler inside the Bedroom and noises from upstairs related to trampling. Beside that I would suggest to make an agreement with the train station parking since is very near to the residence. all the best

United KingdomMy room was on the top floor and the ceiling was quite low, so not as comfortable as it seems in the pictures here on booking. The furniture worked with the small space but the dining table was of a standard size, although the only chairs in the flat were stools that were too high for the table, so pretty uncomfortable to eat or work there. Was surprised I had to throw my own rubbish, otherwise you need to pay 50 euro. One of the kitchen's cupboards was broken, with shelves falling, which I informed the staff about. Not sure if previous guest had broken and not informed the staff, but it was not the best. Shame there was no full mirror in the flat, only 1 mirror above bathroom sink.

HungaryThere were basically no storage space for our clothes. Because we were here for a shorter stay (3 nights) it was less of an issue, but for longer stays it could be disturbing. The house itself seems to be quite old - likely with a wooden structure, so if you have noisy neighbors, that's bad luck, since sound isolation is not very good. Also you can forget sleeping with open windows here, but that is a price one easily pays for such a central location.
The location is just excellent: right next to the train station, so if you are planning to see more than just Cannes, e.g., have a trip to Nizza like we had it is a superb choice. It is also very close to the nice public beaches and the central pedestrian zone with huge amount of shops and restaurants. The rooms are large enough to be comfortable for a family with 2 kids and well designed - not just nice, but also usable. The host team is very responsive and helpful - like Neo in the matrix we didn't have spoons :-), but after a chat message the "problem" was solved in less than an hour.

Spacy appartments for a family with 2 kids. Good location, in the center of Cannes, near the train station, 5 min walk to the public beach. All needed facilities were in the appartment. In case of a late departure it's possible to leave the luggade at the office.

Slovenia1. NOT CLEAN ENOUGH We are traveling with a baby, so we are paying more attention to how clean the apartment is. If we would have been alone, we perhaps wouldn’t notice this, but we couldn’t overlook it this time. Our baby’s knees were literally black from the dust (take a look at the photo) just after a few minutes of being on the floor. We also found a small piece of glass on the floor. They knew we are coming with the baby but they didn’t clean the floor as they should. Instead, we cleaned it ourselves. They did send someone to clean it the next day, but they completely ingorned my question about the partial refund. They did answer on some other questions after that, but they didn’t bother to comment the refund part. So, not really happy with their communication and the sense of empathy. 2. NOT FRIENDLY BUILDING FOR THE STROLLER If you’re traveling with the stroller, note that it’s a bit painful to carr it from the main entrance to the apartment’s doors. There is an elevator, though, which is really good. 3. AN UNPLEASANT SMELL COMING FROM THE BATHROOM Bathroom is linked to the bedroom which is not great in this case.

The location is good for someone who will not stay just in Cannes, the train station is right in front. Very close to the beach too and lots of restaurants near by. The apartment is very big and cute indeed, with all the equipments that you need. The check in process and apartment access is very easy and dynamic, you arrive whenever you want.
