We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcome.ing and efficient. The swimming pool was pleasant. We both had an excellent massage. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. All in all a very good weekend stay!

We liked the location of the hotel, which is close to the city centre and within walking distance of the beach. We also liked the restaurant's food, the shared spaces and the jacuzzi pool. The staff was friendly and helpful.

United States of America-The upstairs piece, as convenient as it was, remained hot, even when the below portion of the room was uncomfortably cold (recommend: maybe a vent cover that also blows upward?) -No room fridge, but then again, the room was way too small for one (no recommendation); the hotel allowed us to store items in the bar fridge and didn't seem bothered at all to remove something upon request. - Water splash on the counter and floor from the very lovely and unique shower placement (recommend: maybe glass partitions?)
The pool was awesome: clean, warm, covered. Maybe the hours could have been a little later, but otherwise great. Secured, private parking! The staff worked with me to surprise my daughter with a special dessert for her birthday. It was special to us.

United KingdomThe room could have been cleaner and the breakfast wasn't the best. Had to pay for the sauna too which I didn't know till we left and had to pay. The air-conditioning was on warm only and both me and my son had to have the window open all night to stay cool. This was not good.
The pool was great, loved the bubble pool in the corner of the swimming pool and the sauna was good. Very near to the beach and a good car park. The staff were friendly and helpful.
