My room was tiny and the view was the ugly hotel pipes. Also very noisy. I could hear the sound of water & toilets flushing all night.

Helpful staff, particularly Sara at the reception who managed to get me a table at a fully booked restaurant. The location was in the old part of Lyon & within walking distance of many places of interest. I did not eat there but the restaurant looked clean & inviting.

I and my American colleagues did not like that we could not change the language on the TV for American shows.

Breakfast was quite nice. The location is perfect for me and I have stayed here many times both alone and my wife. I also have booked my employees here several times.

Double room was already very small so I am worried that single rooms can be too small for some guests. Also watch out if you have heavy luggage - there is no lift.

Great location and very cozy room. The common space at the reception area is very well designed. I loved the sustainable solutions and the fact that I could order what I need for the room (kettle, toothbrush set etc.)

thin walls. Could literally hear my neighbors having sex and greeting their relatives with the new year - could distinguish words. Luckily, they went to bed shortly. The policy with water is a little "droughting". To have drinking water, you should come down to reception and ask for a jar of clean drinking water, they give it without any issue. I drink a lot and it was it a bit annoying to go down every time, however I understand that it is made to save some water, not to use plastic etc. Not a disadvantage as such, but something to be taken into account, when planning your stay.

The room was tiny, however I had everything I needed there. The bed was convenient, location of the hotel is excellent - literally 5 minutes from the old town, very close to shopping street. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the New Years, I felt very festive. Great breakfast, highly recommended to take it.

Room windows not double glass could hear noise of AC. Shower had no curtain so floor was wet quite often. Paint not very well maintained.

Breakfast is very poor with old fruits, not fresh in general. The coffee was very bad. The single room is the smallest room I have ever used in a hotel.

The Hotel is in a good area and the decoration of the Hotel is special.

Didn't realize that "Fêtes des Lumières" took place on the week-end we visited; some nice performances, but the city is extremely crowed. Hotel was ideally located.

Quite an 'old' room, not recently updated. No tea making facilities, small bed (certainly not king size as implied) cramped against wall, small old inadequate room radiator (had to ask for another portable heater), and tap mechanism not working in bath.

Great location, quiet street, close to bridge to old Lyon and funicular up to basilica. Long 35 mins walk from train station (Lyon Part Dieu, TGV), taxi advisable. Great reception staff, really pleasant. Good lobby area, recently refurbished.

Couple of little things in the room needed attention, eg. loose screws on hooks, shower made bathroom floor all wet as no glass or curtain

Location is fantastic - everything I wanted to do was within easy walking distance and felt very safe, even later in the evening. Foyer lounge was excellent for work and relaxing.
