We didn’t manage to make the a/c work. Sofa bed pretty dated and not that comfortable.

Big comfortable bed, nice shower. Good space to park. Very polite and helpful staff especially the guy that did the check out today ( very friendly, professional and helpful).

First room given had no heating and the temp control pannel was hanging off the wall (terrible). There was also a funny smell. The seif did not close. The staff (super helpful) tried to fix things in the room but the things are just too old and could not be fixed so........ we requsted room change and received another room which was way better. Anyway, we did not like (for a 4* hotel): - the age of the equipment in the hotel (carpets, elevator, fitness, seif, tv, beds) ..... altghough some are newer-----ish - pillows and beds too stiff for my family - the room size for a family - too small: bathroom door was a sliding door and no privacy whatsoever (zero) - not enough storage, no iron board in the room, no iron - tv channels limited - nothing for kids - kids corner is too small - the hotel looks like it needs some refurbishment. - in our changed room 2 lamps did not work and one was hanging loose. In the first room the temp control panel was hanging with wires vissible and no heating For example: room 333 was bad while room 335 was OK.

The staff, and I cannot stress enough how helpfull they were (all of them) given the condition of the hotel, with extra thanks to Elif to which we extend our gratitude for the help given. The staff knows the hotel and they make up for the condition. Speak English. The location which is between Mulhouse (15 min) and Colmar (25 min) outside of the city. Wasy access in and out. Easy drive in/out Breakfast was also great, drinks - plenty Clean throughout Beds which were just about the right stiffness for me Pets are allowed which was a plus for us Quiet (hotel and surroundigs) Free parking easy access - great Kids corner (too small though) Entertainment: fusball, pool, swiming pool (was closed when we stayed but is there) Fitness suite

Bed comfort can be improved: the sofa bed is nothing special and the pillow on the main bed were not the best for our taste (very stiff and tall). We did not ask if an alternative was available.

Big room for a family of 4, nice bathroom. Quiet at night. Conveniently located, Tesla Supercharger on site, 24h reception. Good breakfast with plenty of choices.

Window did not open properly so they called a technician who fixed it. Ac unit made some loud noises when it was on so we couldn't use it. Room was somewhat okay but it is outdated. I think it is okay for one night.

We had a good night sleep there. Tesla charging startion is in front of the hotel. Parking is free and secure. Staff speaks english which is rare in France. Staff was very friendly.

It’s very tired and in need of a facelift. Poor selection of food in the restaurant Breakfast expensive, no one available to advise on sitting. The bathroom towels stained and disgusting. Duvet too thick for warm night. Shortage of power sockets

The air conditioning was not working correctly. The hotel is reported as 4 stars but it's no more correct.

It would be great if the airconditioning would make less noise. In general, I don’t really care about it as we never sleep with airco on, but this night it was extremely hot.

Too heavy bed covers for the season. The sign for getting to the hotel from the main road is too small and in the night can be easily missed. So you see the hotel but cannot get into it.

The bathroom/shower facility seems tired and when I used the shower, it resulted in a flood on the bathroom floor. The hotel should be looking to upgrade to a "Walk in shower." This would stop the current flooding on the floor.
