Nothing not to like.

At the Graffalgar you are surrounded by art. It is in an excellent postion, between the train station and Faubourg National tram stop. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. I loved my stay there!

Breakfast is not served as early as in other hotels, like hotel chains. I am not a fan of the artistic design but this is only a personal opinion. I prefer more neutral designs.

Comfortable room and staff at the front desk late in the evening. Convenient location between downtown Strasbourg and train station.

It was a little expensive in terms of price. The reason is because it includes New Year's Day. Also, the rooms could have been larger.

The location is in a central place. Especially very close to the train station. Walking distance to all tourist attractions. You can go to the farthest place in as little as 20 minutes. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. Especially Alexis is very friendly. You can leave your luggage while checking out and explore the city until flight time. The rooms are clean and convenient. There is an elevator and free wifi. The warm-up was extremely good. We were never cold. Heating is a big problem in many hotels in Europe during the winter months. Additionally, the bathroom is large and has pressurized water. We did not try the breakfast.

They present it as a 3 star hotel. It is rather a hostel-like property. The booking said that my room would have a twin bed, and that was not the case. The room had a very small bed. The furnishings in the room are basic in appearance and in functionality. I eould definitely not grade this property as good value for what you pay.

Breakfast was good inside the hotel the waiter was extremely nice and helpful. The front desk Alexis was an amazing person very helpful sweet and went out of his way to show me where I needed to go and see and helped me get train tickets to go to another close by city and showed me where the attractions were and how to get around. Cannot say enough nice things about him. He was excellent and super helpful and courteous.

Area not great with suspicious characters hanging around. Breakfast overpriced at 12 euros. A kettle in the room would have been great.

The room was small. The impression that the hotel left on me was kind of industrial, steampunk, low cost, functional. Function was sufficient, but form was not very pleasing.

At night there was some noise from the restaurants nearby. In the morning, there was noise from the construction site next to it.

The well-augmented room which was very comfortable for my family of four adults. The hotel's location is good, very near to the train station and about 20-min walk to Petit France. It's surrounded by bakeries, cafe and various restaurants too. I like its Quirky graffiti :)

the hotel has some interesting art decorations, but my room's wall art was spooky: "alligator/crocodile" ... not relaxing at all
