Noise! The walls were so thin, we got woken up several times with doors slamming and people chatting!

I didnt realise there were no drink making facilities which was a shame, we were on the 5th floor and the elevator is small (3 people) so often walked up the stairs which were sometimes dark

Location to Gare du Nord was good, it was also close to shops which was handy. Room sizes were decent and suited our needs. Beds were made daily and the hotel were helpful holding our cases for a few hours after check out

property is in the centre of paris which is ideal there are bus stops directly outside the door and the metro is very near. This place is perfect if youre staying with a few friends however if you are looking for luxury this isnt for you. rooms are basic and there are no other facilities in the hotel. Staff were so helpful and kept the place very secure

A bit far from centre but close to train so can’t complain. Bed was very uncomfortable, very hard. Gave a poor score for cleanliness due to fridge - something left there from what looked like many guest ago, but rest of room was perfect.

Staff were fantastic, location was great for us arriving train, lots of facilities near by. Room was great for family of five with kids in a separate room.

Windows were not closing properly therefore we heard all the noise from outside, day and night. Our room was facing the main street so we barely has rest due to this issue. If they would fix the windows, i would give better rate for comfort.

Location is the best thing the hotel has to offer. Hot water and clean sheets. Also amenities provided. Room was better than the pictures posted on Booking platform.

The bathroom was separated- toilet and shower+sink which was inconvenient. And all super small! Unfortunately they need some renovation, there was mold, dirty blankets and shady hallways. The streets are very noisy also. For this price, it could be better

Close to shops and transportation. Everyday cleaning service is nice 👍🏻 They solved any problem really fast, and the staff was kind.

The room was spacious and the man at reception was nice. We had a balcony. 5 min a walk from Gare du Nord and was easy to get around.

The lift was small, enough for 2 persons or 1 person with large luggage.

Location is very strategic, closed to Gare du Nord, walking distance about 5 minutes. We love the family room with bigger bathroom and very clean.

No soundproofing, you could hear noises from rooms away. Much worse was the next room. The floors are wooden which makes matters even more bad. The shower pressure is such that it feels like water is trickling on your body. The water pressure is ridiculously low.

The room was warm. The room had a hair dryer for those that use it.

Toilet seat was broken. Two holes in the wall were covered with Elastoplasts. Shower cubicle could do with a deep clean. Street noise was loud through windows that were a bit ill fitting.

Great location, 5 mins walk from Gare du Nord. Very basic but clean and staff friendly. Good place to stay if arriving late or you have an early train.
