Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe en-suite toilet! It must have been a converted wardrobe by the room door. It was 1.2mt x 1mt! No working vent either…it’s ridiculous when the rest is so spacious and for a superior room. Beware: Tall and broad people would not fit in it! It’s a shame as it could have scored an easy 10 from us.
Lovely features, big room, big comfortable bed and wonderful marbled bathroom BUT see comment on toilet. Location was superb!! Easy to walk everywhere and plenty of bars and restaurants around the corner. 13mins easy walk from Europe station. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Very good breakfast.

United KingdomUnfortunately, an item went missing from our room- a present I brought from England for my friend which was very upsetting . We reported the loss upon leaving but apparently enquiries with house keeping revealed nothing. Obviously , this impacted on our stay .

Perfect location, right in the center. Staff was very helpful. Room was large and very clean. checkout at 12pm was perfect. My 6 year old felt we were staying in a palace, the hotel had old school glamour.

FinlandIt was a renovation happening at the time, so it was not possible to see all the glory of it. I image after it will be done, lobby are will look great. Also, a bit tiny bathroom, but sort of expected in old houses.
Location is great, in the centre of the Lille, everything was possible to reach by walking. Room was ok, clean and enough space. Breakfast was very good, quite enjoy it and food was tasty, a lot of options for food.

ItalyWe came back to this hotel for the third time, due to some meetings in Lille. Very close (only a few hundred meters away) to both the railway stations in Lille, just a few steps away from the very center of the city. Confortable rooms, a good mix of modern and traditional furnishing, pretty well refurbished rooms and hotel. Quiet and confortable. Finally, the price-quality ratio is very reasonable.

The hotel is in an excellent location, backing onto the Grand Place. The front-of-house service was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable with good en suite facilities. A generous continental breakfast is served on the first floor but there is no bar or restaurant at the hotel. However, there are lots of bars and restaurants close by. We used the INDIGO parking situated under the Grand Place and a very short stroll from the hotel - would recommend booking a parking space ahead on-line.

United KingdomOur first room had no view and was a bit depressing but when we asked if we could move there was no hesitation! The telly gave up on the second day but this wasn’t really a problem.
Fantastic hotel as in its location in the centre of Lille. Very welcoming staff and very helpful when we asked if they had a room with a view! They moved us straight away! A very comfortable room warm and clean. Bed was very comfortable. I’d recommend the breakfast too. Very good choice and lovely and clean.
