We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SpainThe property was great! We didn’t have the option of twin beds on booking, so we booked a double bed as it was the only option. When we asked for twin beds they charged us 10€ extra, didn t understand why, but was happy to have a bed for each of us🥰

This property was in a great location. It was comfortable and the staff friendly. We arrived early on Sunday afternoon and Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-mer was buzzing. it was hard to find a parking bay close by but once the crowds had thinned we could park closer to the hotel.

United States of AmericaOff season so we were one of only two rooms rented. The owner was very friendly. He spoke enough English if you need that. Room small, simple but clean and had what was needed. Same with bath. We bought breakfast and they put out a nice variety of food, including yogurt, ham, dried fruit.

United KingdomThe room was in need of a bit of TLC, and the bathroom was in need of renovation and an update to remove rotten wood. Shower in need of a door rather than a curtain, in order to stop a huge amount of water running all over the room floor, as it didn’t drain. We gratefully parked the car in the secure owners garden at a fee of 20 euros a day. However beware as I had avoided being bitten by mossies throughout my trip to Spain and Saintes Maries. The morning I collected the car was dull. There were literally swarms of thousands of mosquito’s in the garden car park. I was bitten to pieces from my face to my toes. Opening the car door for just a few seconds also enabled many mossies to fly into the car which believe me, was impossible to avoid. Not the hotels fault but be aware if parking the car there.
The position was not quite close enough to beach ot the town, but nevertheless more than acceptable. Air-conditioning was good and very much needed. The owners were really friendly and helpful..
