Friendly Propeller, beautifull bar in the Lobby

We had a very nice Executive room which offered us the Executive Lounge for Happy Hours nice Idea!

The room was quite small for a Hilton and also a strange shape with a small double bed. Breakfast had good choices but was very crowded and not as comfortable as it could have been. Staff were disorganised and also not expert in their own policies. I was overcharged because they took payment for the bill without checking with me. I hope the refund will reach me.

Location is great and the room was more than adequate, with good comfortable bed and a pleasant shower room. The room service and food offerings were pretty good, with reasonable choice and promptly delivered.

The bed was way too hard. Not comfortable. I had to sleep on top of pillows... room was very small. Would like to see a full room renovation to match the nice bathroom. Doors are old and should be replaced. Balcony is dirty with pigeons and windows should be cleaned, sprayed extra. Spring cleaning needed. Pillows need to be washed -not just the pillow cases. The actual pillows are older and a little smelly.. I think they could do more for anniversaries and the VIP treatment should include free breakfast or something like that. All we got was water... and a note. It's hardly VIP.

Situated on the road so you do hear a lot of traffic noise if your room is located at the front of the building. You are given a small flask to fill with water for your room, but for two people is quite small and you have to walk a bit to refill at a located water machine. Bar prices expensive.

Hotel was lovely and ideally located to walk to the attractions.

Rooms doesn't match expectations, they are small, sometimes noisy and most of the outlets and appliances did not work properly. Additionally, one of the blinds was broken and they never fixed it (we stayed for 3 nights and it was broken from the beginning). Our wardrobe did not have a door and everything was exposed. The room was small and so was our bed (even if it was a double room). Breakfast is "average" and there in not too much options (specially for those who want to take good care of themselves or for those with allergy to Gluten).

The hotel has a wonderful location, the building is magnificent and the surroundings are convenient (there is a train and metro station really close and there are lots of restaurants and places to eat). There is complimentary water all around the hotel with Brita fountains to fill you bottle (available in your room). The staff was really friendly and helpful and always willing to help. They gym is ok and it is well maintained and offers complimentary water and towel.

The heating didn’t work in the first night, but they gave me a portable heater which is even better option.

I felt the suite should have been bigger - there was very little room to move around the bed to get to the vanity and chair. Booking a suite, we should have had access to the Executive lounge as we do in London at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel.

The breakfast was delicious, the room was a little small for a suite and the location was excellent.

the shower isn't super comfortable because you need to get in the bathtub to take a shower. and after you done the whole floor is full of water.
