To be honest I didn’t find anything that I could complain

Well the location is not bad, the metro is pretty close to the hotel. The size of the room is large, the bed is king size very comfortable, the kitchen is adequate to cook if you want. The staff is genuinely friendly, very knowledgeable about the businesses around there.

There was a lack of heating option, so it’s a bit cold in the room. The cot was also very dated so we couldn’t use it at all. And towards the end of the stay, the elevator was broken and we were staying on the 4th level yet there was no help (or offer) given to move our luggages.

The only thing I did not like was that there was a strong smell in the bathroom, perhaps from the cleaning product or antiseptic. However, the bathroom was sparkling clean otherwise.

The staff are very friendly and professional. The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Also, there is a metro station, 2 supermarkets, a phamrmacy, a bakery, and a few restaurants nearby. This is not my first time visiting this place, and I recommend it!

Parking garage suited for small cars. Entrance was difficult due to broken equipment. Manager was unwilling to meet with me. Treadmill not working in gym.

Everything was very good. Pictures show the actual state of the property. The hotel was easy to get and its only 10 minutes away from the Old Port by metro.

The bed linen did not fit the bed well, the mattress protector did not stay in place and the bed sheet needed to be bigger to actually stay tucked in. There was a small amount of damage to some of the fittings - the need for regular maintenance.

For a hotel adjacent to a massive hospital and just off a main road it was remarkably quiet. The room was a good size and if you wanted to cook then everything was provided. Staff were good and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable and plenty available.

I didnt like that there were no garbage bins in the room and I had to take down my own garbage. Also the garbage area was quite dark

Not too far from metro with good access to the center. The kitchenette in the studio was well equipped (even a washing machine) and the room was comfortable and quiet. The sauna next to the fitness room was good. The breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was expensive for the limited variety they had. I only booked this for the first morning and then resorted to sorting ourselves out. Lidl and Casino is only a few minutes walk for stocking up your fridge. You have to empty your own rubbish in the basement bins - This didn't bother me too much but it is frustrating when still needing to book out and having to wait for the lifts for each journey.

Room met expectations. Cooking facilities were ok - Hob, Microwave with grill and Fridge. Most of the staff were friendly, some didn't speak much English, but with my limited French we managed to communicate OK. The location is a little away from main areas we visited, but with a low cost 3 day tube pass and the station only a short walk, getting to where we wanted to be was easy.

They should really change the mattress, they’re uncomfortable… The breakfast was nice but way to expensive . The gym and sauna are not well equipped, they’re not really useful. They clean only one time in a week and for this price I think they should do the cleaning at least every two days .

The location it’s pretty good , close to the metro and few shops ( lidl , casino supermarket ) It was clean. The staff was really nice and frendly ! We really liked that they had a laundry.

The only thing that I would recommend to invest is the mattress. You really need to put better ones, because in the morning we had a little back pain that showed up unexpectedly.

The room was very clean and really spacious. The amazing staff added a baby bed for our son and it was a very nice and clean one. The fact that it had a kitchen was superb.

Clean, spacious room with a nice bathroom and very well equipped kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, stove, microwave, dishwasher). The hotel even has a washing machine and dryer to use for a small price. Very close to the metro station La Timone and supermarkets. Not a pretty area but safe even at night and well connected to public transport.
