The windows were all covered with heavy metal shutters and when you were opening them up you could see a homeless person sleeping there and all his belongings. Also the apartment was tiny, the main room lacked a ceiling lamp and it was generally rather dark and depressing. The bed wasn’t even a whole double. There was no central heating and you had to plug an electric heater on every time you needed to warm the place up. Our room was next to the elevator which made it very noisy around 5 am. Also weirdly you couldn’t open the dresser all the way so you had to squeeze clothing in through less than half a door opening. Maybe we were giving one of the worse rooms.

It was cheap, self contained and in a fairly ok location. And it has a sauna and a small gym. I liked the fact it had a small kitchenette with a fridge, an electric cooker with two hobbs, a microwave and a dishwasher. Also though we didn’t had a dog with us it was nice to see they allow dogs too.

I used to stay in this hotel for long time and everything was great, I didn’t like that they changed their policy for the check out time, they charge 20 Euro if you ask for late check out, this changes my idea about the whole stay in it because it makes no sense and no value for money, I will not be a repeated customer for this only,

The building could use some renovation. Carpets and hallways showed signs of time, stains, etc Breakfast good for my taste, but not much variety. I don't have dietary restrictions but few more options would be nice. Although in Strategic position, the access is in not such nice corner. Not the property fault of course, hopefully it can be arranged with neighbourhood to give more spark to the area.

Nice option if you plan to stay longer as these mini apartments have cooking essentials. Very Strategic location as it's at the train station, and close to tram connections. Staff was nice and even solved issues at 2 in the morning. Room was nice, clean, comfortable

An overall feeling of a disarray; an indoors parking not working , a “snacking” area packed with unused tables and chairs stacked for unknown reason, the low floors situated inconveniently facing other buildings, therefore the curtains had to be closed at all times, insufficient living room illumination, seized sliding doors in the bathroom storage cabinet

Communal areas need refurbishment, we thought the carpets were patterned they were so stained! Parking under building is v expensive and involves a James Bond style car lift, which was a bit freaky but worked! Then found street parking nearby was free, and generally available. Shower weird but usable.

Location was perfect to walk into central Grenoble. Great value. Room v clean and well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful. V secure.. 2 lifts

The common areas have been deteriorated through the years. I have been here couple of years ago and it was good, but now it smells and the working room beside the reception is a mess.

The outside grounds as you approach the building was filled will cigarette buts and other trash. There were weeds growing in the sidewalk and near the building. The interior carpet was filthy, deplorable, and completely unacceptable. With the application of a small amount of resources the appearance and overall rating of this property would improve. The above observations indicate poor management and ownership.

A good hotel for the price, providing the enough for a pleasant stay. The location is not central, but at about twenty minutes walking to the center. It has car parking near and is very near the train/Bus station.

The carpets are so stained. If they replaced the carpeting it would be a huge visual improvement. The windowsill in the living room was badly water damaged and swollen in multiple places. The cold December air leaked in from outside. That said, the room was still mostly comfortable and warm. Would have enjoyed parking to be available but was ok. Really don't like the dark alley entrance. We almost cancelled the reservation after driving up in the cold night. The neighborhood immediately surrounding the entrance is pretty ugly: alleys, pavement and lots of graffiti. Likewise, the hallways are dark and the carpeting is ugly and worn. But the room was quiet and spacious.

The first room we were assigned was cozy and warm but awkwardly laid out for our family of four. I inquired if there was a different room we might consider instead and that room was wonderfully laid out. Loved the kitchen: stocked with quality cookware, a good cooktop,big sink and we loved having the dishwasher. Quality appliances. We were in room 505 and the view out the large windows was beautiful and even, in the morning, stunning with the clouds around the snow-capped mountains above the rooftops. The bathroom was very large as was the master bed. Loved those things. The location is super close to lots of transportation options: train, bus, bikes for rent and scooters for rent as well. Tons of options for take out or delivery. We ordered Indian food via delivery. Quick delivery and delicious food. Starbucks is an easy three minutes away. Parking was free on the streets surrounding the hotel but we were patient enough to drive around until a spot opened up as well.

Cleaning room staff was was ugly and unhelpful. The floor of the room was dirty.
