Your staff are fantastic, a credit to you. I can't name one because everyone went over and above to make this short stay efficient & perfect, so thankyou all! Fabulous location, apartments a good size & appreciated dishwasher tablets etc.

Would have been improved with more separation between the sofa bed and the kitchen area and perhaps more storage for the people staying on the sofa bed.

Really spacious, had everything we needed including soap in the bathrooms and kitchen essentials. Access to the outdoor pool. Location was good.

Accommodation was great, good size rooms, kitchen is quite small but not unexpected. True ski in and ski out resort with plenty of bars, restaurants to choose from if you do not want to to cook. Excellent supermarket that is fully stocked with everything you need.

The location is great. Really central. Apartment spacious and comfortable. Very well appointed. The only negative was the swimming pool was really cold. Otherwise amazing as always

Very unprofessional staff. We arrived after many hours travelling they gave us the room, after some time it turned out that this was not our room, we had to pack everything again, to move to another block ….

We received a unit with 2 double-beds instead of one double and two separate beds, as was described on Booking, and what we selected. This provided a minor inconvenience for us, but could become a serious issue if we had one additional person, as initially planned. The mattresses could be more comfortable. The ski rooms don't have boot dryers. The cleaning crew was very rude and pushy, trying to control the elevators and showing complete disrespect for the needs of the guests.

The location was great! Unit was well-planned and of good size; the kitchen was adequately equipped. The front-desk staff was very helpful and attentive. Maintenance took care of small issues right away, Very conveniently located close to the center of village and a free lift to Arc 2000 for more shopping and dining options.

location was great, a very safe and pedestrianised centre of the village with something going on each evening for extra entertainment for the kids. Excellent set up for first time skiiers. Perfect for families!

Was not obvious during the booking, that access to the indoor swimming pool is linked to the building and this can't be changed later... Kids safe door locks would be helpful, the pharmacy is some drive away..

Great ski-in ski-out location, with shops, ski schools and ski rentals within 100 m distance. Friendly staff and cosy rooms with mountain views

Ski in and out in 1950 doesn’t work if you want green runs, but it’s easy to get the gondola to 2000.

Location was great. Rooms clean and functional. Flacilities like laundary were relaly good. I used the sauna once - fine no issues. Did not use either the pool or hot-tub as ther were outdoor for our building. The shops were really close to our building too. BTW the underground parking complex was just so efficient.
