The room we were in was too hot. The room was on the 7th floor and the radiator in the bathroom couldn't be switched off. I suggest to management to give people option to switch the bathroom radiator off. It was very hot in the rooms despite the open windows and a fan on, we all slept badly while we stayed there.

Bright spacious twin room with stylish en suite. High ceilings and lovely windows. Bigger breakfast had delicious, fresh options hot and cold. Staff friendly and helpful with my gluten free requirements. Such ideal location. Will definitely return and recommend to friends

It’s very close to the train station, two stops to city center, very neat. The staff are very friendly and nice, I enjoyed my stay and will make it my permanent hotel for now

Repetitive breakfast menu, good if it could vary every two days.

Breakfast spread was good. Room was comfortable and spacious. Hotel was close to the station as a tourist it was very convenient. Manager, was accommodating and helpful.

I did hear the people in the other room a little.

The breakfast was very good, the room was small but it was clean and well stocked. I know that rooms in Western European countries tend to be on the smaller side.

The temperature in the room was cool. We could not adjust the temperature ourselves. The staff brought us a heater. The elevators were very small

I found the light switches in the room very confusing, for some reason!

A very well-designed hotel. I liked all The room features, except for the light switches which were a bit confusing. There was a huge shower head. Breakfast had everything one could want and was in a very pleasant dining room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient for Gare de Lyon, but I thought it an interesting area overall - not too touristy. But it is still very central: it is a half hour walk to Notre Dame along the river. I would definitely stay there again

The room was clean, comfortable, and the free breakfast each morning was a great add on. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We will 100% stay here again when we return. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

There were no black teabags in the room so we obtained some. Alas these were removed by the cleaning staff next day! Breakfast was generally good but the absence of natural yogurt was poor since people with sugar problems cannot eat the sugared varieties. Also the scrambled eggs were appalling, more like a strange porridge.

Good location and nice room. The breakfast was ample and generally tasty. Very nice coffee from the machines. The staff were very friendly.
