The rooms were lacking some 'luxerious' options. There was no bathroom equipment besides a 5 in 1. The breakfast was very limited. The alarm went off 3 to 4 times in a span of 2/3 hours. The room itself had the feeling like it's getting outdated

The staff is super friendly and tried to help as good as possible. The room was spacious enough and had all the needed equipment. Good positioning within Paris which allows you to get everywhere within half an hour.

Not very clean. When having breakfast the staff was already re-arranging the tables for lunch, making a lot of noise, already taking away the food. This was both days of our stay, no relaxed breakfast.

The room was dirty (601) and the sink in one of the bathrooms was not working properly. We asked for a toothpaste and were prompted to pay for it. No bathrobes (as described in rooms descritpion). Only two pairs of slippers (instead of four). However, regarding the issue of the clenliness of the room after a couple of requests from us the night shift's manager in person came to apologize and brought a vacuum to clean it himself.

Great location, very close to metro & bus stations and restaurants. Very big suite (family of 4) with two spacious rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a seperate ensuite shower. Average(+) breakfast.

Lifts needed attention.

Breakfast buffet was very good, only one of the 2 lifts were working so for a building with 9 floors and 3 basements (for the car park) there was quite a wait for the lift. During a busy spell the car parking could be tight but there was a car park across the road if needed, we were lucky and did not. Overall we had a good stay and would go back again.

Very hot in the room. The thermostat didn’t work well. One of the elevators was broken, the other one was busy all the time. Unfortunately, the elevator is only reachable by a few stairs, so it’s not really wheelchair friendly. There is a small extra open elevator, but it’s key operated. Disappointing… The room was clean, but a bit outdated. Bathroom needs some care. We had a large discount, would never pay the normal fee.

Paper cups instead of proper crockery and glasses in the room and bathroom. Shower head wouldn't stay in place, kept sliding down the pole, shower screen wouldn't stay in place either. Towels were small and a bit threadbare, cheapest tea and coffee packets, no milk. Bare minimum of facilities. But they seem to get away with it because Paris is such a tourist trap, even though the whole city has gone downhill with some areas resembling more a scene out of Bladerunner than the No 1 tourist destination in Europe.

The public areas are pleasant enough and breakfast was good.

The family room was a great size. Sofa bed was noisy to sleep on though and a bit uncomfortable, but this was a minor thing given the overall standard. Night staff were fab.

It’s a bit outdated, our bathroom had mould. The reception looks fine, but as soon as you get to the 2nd floor (where our room was), it just didn’t look clean or we’ll taken care of, but you might be lucky and get to the room and it’s not that bad. We asked for a cot bed but it was falling apart and didn’t look safe, so we ended up not using it, but didn’t complain.

Love the location, very close to the metro, great access to everything, just perfect. Very friendly stuff, everyone was just helpful.

I liked the restaurant lady, with the blonde hair. She could of been one of the managers. She did recommend a very nice desert, which I had to share with my husband and daughter, because it was so tasty. Also she recommended and helped my husband to buy entrance tickets to Tim Burtons show, the Labyrinth. Don’t think, we would of managed to buy, if it wasn’t her as it was all in French language. Also male receptionist was very nice and informative.

It’s dated. Everything seems a bit worn out. The AC is on barley functional. Had 3 rooms and all 3 were not able to handle the 28-30 degree heat in the week we stayed. Everything is dated and worn out and house keeping cleaning levels not great.

Good location. Across the road from a metro stop and lots of varied food places and supermarkets nearby.

The bath was too old and rusted inside. Nothing to watch in English on the TV 📺, except BBC News. Even children programme that my little one wanted to watch. I asked and was told that “that is what is available.” It was very disappointing.

What we didn’t like was how one of the receptionist a man in his 50s was so rude to us we are family of 4 ..2 kids 2 adults we just asked if early check in is available and we can pay extra fees if they can manage it his reply to my husband was if we had that u think would let u stay out ..after that started screaming on us and telling us we have extra 17 Euro 💶 to pay even though we didn’t mind to pay for that but was trying to show the other guests we can’t afford it even though we paid for a suite room around 522 euros 💶 🤷‍♀️ it was the weirdest hospitality I have ever seen in a hotel

The breakfast was good enough not perfect but good it’s a buffet..the metro was near us a lot of restaurants was around the hotel plus the room was so clean the staff who cleans the room were nice
