I liked the hotel reception decor and the reception staff they were all very friendly. The hotel went above and beyond for my sisters birthday and my engagement celebrations.

Two cards are provided one for the room and one for the elevator. This is not very intuitive and actually they do not work if they are together in the rovided folder.

Ideally located at the exit of the metro and close to bars and restaurants, the hotel offers very comfortable beds, quiet rooms. Coffee is available in the room, the bathroom is comfortable, even though the bathtub is not ideal for the shower. Bath products are available and of good quality. A giant television is available. The room is not big, enough for sleeping.

At points the room felt extremely hot and this could be uncomfortable at times.

Good location as close to the train station and bus stop. The staff were friendly and helpful, with any issue being solved quickly.

There is an odd smell in the rooms which I can't figure out. Both times I stayed. They are somehow musty?

Voco is brilliantly placed if you are going or coming from Gare Montparnasse (literally 4 minutes walk) and right next to Rue de la Gaieté which has numerous restaurants, theatres etc. Yet the rooms manage to be quiet and lovely. Staff are also really helpful. We forgot something and they found it and posted it promptly. Great value for 4 star in Paris. Top floor rooms facing the back have wonderful views across Paris.

There was nothing not to like,

Location is absolutely central , Cite metro stop is literally just outside the hotel & a short walk to Montpranasse station. The hotel is surrounded with great restaurants & bars , Short walk to Our de Rennes for shopping's well. A special thank you to all the staff at the front desk they were very Polite & explained train routes etc to us & also allowed us a later check out , Thank you again.

The toilet seat is very low, close to the ground , almost like a child toilet . It was acceptable for me but not everyone can sit that low . It was in my room, I don’t know if it is the same elsewhere…

The art deco style , location less than 5mn from the train station , very good mattress and very good breakfast with Gluten free / vegan options.

Location close to the shopping center. The presence of excellent nearby restaurants enhances the overall experience, and the friendly staff adds a welcoming touch to the stay.

I would prefer the hotel floor to have no wall to wall carpet. It leaves you a sensation that the it is not cleaned enough. Even though my room was prepaid, and my colleague's also, when we arrived the front desk informed us that they had to reserve 50% of the room price (that we had already pay) for any future expences (breakfast ect.). Keep in mind that i booked a room with breakfast included. Well i cannot understand the meaning of this.. Also, we asked to book a taxi for us to the airport, i asked the price and they said it was fixed to 65euros. I also specifically asked for a taxi that we can pay by card. The taxi took us 70 euros (saying that we had to pay extra for luggeges), he didn't want to take credit card and never gave us a receipt. As a 4* hotel please check who you work with....

Very happy with the hotel. No problems at all.

Very close to transport, we were able to walk to many places of interest, Eiffel tower and the Louvre. Hotel situated close to many bars and restaurants, a good atmosphere. Would return. A very good breakfast, plenty of choice.
