The air con was quite noisy and not clear how to open windows safely for air.

Lovely hotel, good location for exploring Monmatre and the rest of Paris. Staff were incredibly lovely and had put balloons and Happy Birthday banners up for my daughter who was celebrating her 14th birthday!

Our room's ventilation system was not working. Our room was smaller and stayed very warm. We slept with the window open most night. Other than that, everything was great and I would stay there again. Great affordable price

The staff was perfection. Everyone was kind, courteous, and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job. Great affordable price for what you get.

Great value in Paris! Rooms were pretty standard for Europe and tight but the bathroom didn’t feel too small. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. It was really great that on rainy days they had an abundant amount of umbrellas to borrow.

For the price, it would be nice IF the breakfast was included in the rate pricing; we ate the hotel Breakfast 1 morning and yes Food was very good & great variety of options .... but at 20 Euros per person , that could be costly for a Family , Thank you . Hotel room very clean, Staff always helpful and nice. Liked the TV system and was easy to figure out How to use it. Liked the fridge. Would be nice IF a microwave was in Room. Loved the electric kettle in Room; We used that ALOT!

It was good to have a kettle to make tea and coffee but they only ever left 2 pods of milk each day and we had to ask every time for more. Also milk was full fat so not too good if you were watching calories. The fruit at breakfast was the same each day - more variety needed.

Very convenient location with good, helpful staff. Room was small but that’s the case with a lot of Paris hotels. It did, however, have everything we needed for a few days stay.

The food at breakfast was pretty grim with the bread rolls all very hard . . weren't very fresh. The hot food buffet was nice and a good selection. The only other bad thing was the tea / coffee machine . . . the drinks that it dispenses were not hot at all!!!

The room was very comfortable and the bed was very nice and good for sleep. The shower was very powerful and the bathroom were very spacious and modern. The girl at the front desk (Lydia i think her name was) was fantastic and super helpful

A little confusing......we thought we'd only paid for a buffet breakfast at 10€ as no hot food but we were charged 20€ each. We didn't complain but we were disappointed as we felt overcharged

There was some black mould in the bathroom and the shower head kept coming loose but they can both be easily rectified by the hotel.

Staff really helped us a lot, very good. Great position in Montmartre, could walk to most places. The rooms were a good size.

No A/C - the whole building turns on in the summer time despite a very warm couple of nights and the tiny room feeling like a hot box. The shower - for whatever reason, the glass door felt too small to adequately hold in any water so anytime you showered, water ended up all over the floor.

Very clean, comfortable beds, daily housekeeping, excellent customer service, great location, easily accessible to public transit and major attractions. Overall WORTH IT!

As a family of 5, we had 2 rooms (double and twin + sofa bed) which were accessed by a shared lobby area. Bathrooms were huge and very clean with good products to use. Plenty of sockets available for charging. Hairdryer and small fridge provided. A short walk to Metro and attractions.
