Front desk helpful and attentive. Nice room but only for a couple. We added our child in the last minute and luckily there was a room to fit 3 however, if you are 3 in a room this should not be the hotel of your choice - was too small. Apart of that its a good 3 star hotel in a stylish neighborhood of Le Marais.

There were different reception staff every day. Our last night was disturbed by a noisy visitor to the room next door which may have been because of different reception staff every day. Shower leaked over the floor every time you used it.

The location of the hotel was great and the room was very comfortable. Staff were always helpful and the breakfast was lovely and staff at breakfast were really nice. The area was quiet and generally we had a relaxing stay. Room facilities were good including tea and coffee making.

I wish I could’ve controlled the air better, it said it was 68°F but it was not. I asked her fan iand the hotel did provide that which helped a lot.

The room was very comfy. It’s small, it’s Europe but we were able to separate the twin beds, so we weren’t sleeping on top of each other. Housekeeping made up the beds every day and I thought they were pretty comfortable.

There is only one elevator for 4 person

Unfortunatelly the elevator was not working so we had to use the stairs - five floors . It is quite incredible how for the entire duration of our stay , 4 days , they did not repair the elevator.

The room is quite spacios for a Parisian hotel :) with very comfortable bed and a quiet location but near plenty of restaurants and boulangeries . Very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Easy acces to the Metro and waliking distance to various musees.

Rooms/bathroom were small as can be expected, a little noisy in sense you can hear it when people walk/talk by room. Rooms have everything you need but nothing will blow you away.

Good location for Le Marais, nice to have a common area in lobby. Front desk staff were very helpful. I had to get a taxi in am with ski stuff and they arranged for one, called to make sure i was up, and helped put in car.

No negative impressions!

Hotel owner/manager Anyl could not have been more helpful when we arrived, helping us with our bags from the taxi and offering us complimentary drinks while we waited to go up to our rooms. Very welcome on a hot Paris day! The hotel itself is in a great location, with plenty of iconic Parisian cafes and restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and easy access to transport to the must-see sights of Paris. We missed Anyl on checking out and were touched to receive a message from him wishing us well on our onward travels.

Decor in rooms could use a refresh, as could the hallway carpets. Rooms are small but about average size for Paris standards.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Location is perfect; right in the center of things but quiet at night. Good for a few nights’ stay.

The room was a bit small, but it was perfectly adequate.

The room, while small, was very elegantly appointed. The bathroom was beautiful! The room was on the back side of the hotel overlooking the rooftops of Paris. Breakfast was terrific, and the breakfast staff was extremely helpful. The cleaning staff did an amazing job every day and the room always looked neat. The hotel is an easy walk to all sorts of attractions, and the neighborhood right around it is quiet. Great cafes/brasseries right on the corner a few steps from the hotel. Easy access to the metro. While the price is high, it's not out of line with other Paris prices. We would definitely stay here again.
