To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we checked in earlier and we left our luggage the last day! The room was very clean and they cleaned it everyday. The beds were comfortable and there was so much hot water. The room was really warm too. It’s 1 min away from the metro stop which is amazing. Ninas from the reception was very helpful!

I spent 4 days at Hipotel Paris Belgrand, the location is really convenient. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, the hotel is right next to Porte de Bagnolet metro station and at walking distance from Gambetta metro station. The room was quiet and comfortable.

ItalyWalls are thin so you can hear when the other guests enter their rooms, and you hear noises from the street (not a problem for me but if you're sensitive take it into account). The shower is very little.
The hotel is just in front of the metro station of Porte de Bagnolet (metro 3), the neighborhood is safe and nice (since I was traveling alone I've valued this a lot). The room was nice and comfortable, even if the furniture is a bit old. The view from the window was really pretty. The service was great, the room was cleaned daily and the staff is welcoming.

Think it’s a good value for the money. There are places for breakfast, food shops, staff helps when there are questions.

AustraliaMy partner is a tall man and showering for him was a struggle. There is no aircon but we were able to open up the window and let fresh air come through which helped to sleep at night. Alternatively there was a fan but I did not see this until I was checking out as it’s in the cupboard up top. If you want to go to the tourist attraction I.e louvre/tower you will need to catch transport or taxi or alternatively walk 1.5 hr.
It was cosy, and perfect to sleep. Room was cleaned daily. It’s 24/7 check in which was awesome as our travel to Paris was delayed so we were not able to get there till after 1am. The desk staff were lovely and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Had coffee, tea and a kettle in the room. The bathroom facilities worked without issue. There is a station right next to you. There are cafes and shops near by.
