The hotel is very central and near everything. The room is very small but very clean, the bed is comfortable. The reception staff is so helpful.

Even though the cleanliness of the room was not to my satisfaction when I arrived, the hotel management cleaned the room immediately. The hotel has a peculiar aroma, perhaps an air freshener would be useful.

The hotel is centrally located, a few metres from a supermarket and an excellent boulangerie. 8 minutes from the station on foot. The attitude of the management is really great! The room on the courtyard was very quiet and peaceful. The hotel doors are closed overnight with a special access code for guests.

This was a perfect budget choice during the busy days of Cannes Lions. The hotel was very close to the festival and all the restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms in the hotel itself are very small so it’s a perfect place if you plan to be out of the room all day. My husband is an average size and I doubt he would have been able to fit inside the shower. Thankfully they gave us an apartment across the street which was more spacious and very comfortable.

Very small room, don’t try to bring two suitcases! No elevator, that could be a problem if you are not good with stairs. However, it was not an issue for me as the staff was super helpful and helped me with my bags. Tiny shower, which might not fit a bigger person. But overall those small inconveniences did not affect the quality of my stay and I would book this hotel again.

Clean, cosy hotel in central Cannes. The location is superb, bed was comfy, air conditioning worked well and the price is very affordable. For travellers like me who come back to hotel just to sleep, it’s a real gem!

Rooms are small, so in case there are more than 1 person in the room it might be crowded.

There were hardly no soundproofing. You could hear the discussions next door.

Situation was excellent in the middle of the city. Balcony and the view over the street were nice. Friendly and helpful personnel. Air conditioner worked well.

My room is the extremely small size, even for someone of petite stature like myself. The absence of an elevator also posed difficulties for guests with large luggage, although the reception staff were helpful in assisting with this. Additionally, the lack of a kettle in the room was a minus.

The hotel offers a prime location that is conveniently near the train station and main shopping places. The room design is appealing and charming. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Despite its limitations, the hotel provides good value for money.

I do not have any suggestions for improvement considering the classification of the property ! Keep doing what you do , it is amazing !

I had a single room with a large bed, probably a queen size bed and it was great to have a large bed in a single room. Very clean everywhere inside room and bathroom - they pay a lot of attention to cleanness and the owner does supervise the activities very closely so there will be the best of comfort for the number of stars you paid for. City Centre location.

The walls are so thin, you literally hear everything from the other rooms.

The location is superb at the price asked. And the staff did whatever they can with my requests.
