Our twin beds were very close and virtually touching. I like a bit of distance even if I’m fond of my friend just a little too close. There was some building works which did disturb us. The rooms are not very soundproof so we heard the room next door. I bought ear plugs but they didn’t help much. I’m a light sleeper unfortunately. There aren’t many hotels that do not have some noise which is expected in a small environment. But I really liked this hotel nonetheless.

Perfect spot in the mix of the bars and restaurants. 600 m from rue des Anglais and 3 min tram to get to and from airport all walkable. Nice Hotel, excellent value. Free tea and coffee and water with fridge and hairdryer.

The elevator didn't work so we used the stairs all the time.

Clean, the staff very polite and helful (the gave us useful information for the attractions and sights), good location (we didn't use the car), close to the beach but also to the city center,option for parking, good breakfast!

Wish there were more savoury and hot options for breakfast.

We requested a room with street facing balcony and early check-in and the staff arranged for both! The balcony was beautiful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was extremely helpful in helping us navigate transport for Cannes and Monaco.

-a little far from the Massena Place. With children too much walking -public transportation not very good -hotel has a ”motel” vibe -paid €670 for 3 nights - way too much in October

You may need to put on ear plugs if you wake up late because housekeeping can be heard vigorously cleaning other rooms early in the morning.

Excellent location, very near the heart of the action in Nice but in a quiet street. It is correctly priced for what it offers.

The soundproofing for the room was rather awful (you could hear e.g. the toilet use of the neighboring room) This didn't really bother us though, as all the other guests of the hotel happened to be very silent and well behaving folk. No noise outside from the street either.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location, very good bed and the bathroom was nice and well functioning. The breakfast exceeded our expectation. The terrace at the hotel roof was a very nice place too.

I had a triple room and my friends and I would have preferred more storage for our clothes. However, we still had an excellent holiday.

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. I really liked the roof terrace and being able to take up your own drinks and snacks before heading out for the evening. The breakfast had a great selection of breads, cold meats, cheeses and pastries. There was also a couple of hot items but I preferred the cold selection.

No complaints. Next time we would choose rooms that were not right off the lobby, perhaps an upper floor instead, as loud guests returning to the hotel after a night of partying did wake us in the middle of the night.

Excellent location: walkable from the train station and only a few blocks from the beach and Promenade. Our rooms were comfortably sized, ready when we arrived, and very clean. The front desk was helpful, offering directions to points of interest, and towels and an umbrella for the beach at a reasonable small charge. It was nice to be on a street or two away from the major pedestrian streets.
