This is more something to note not a negative point - the hotel is on the 4th floor and you can use the marble spiral stairs or there is a small lift.

The rooftop views from the balcony and the location was about 5 mins walk from the beach! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, they gave us good recommendations on where to visit!

Clean, tiny room in excellent location. It was a single room about the size of a ship's cabin. Nice big balcony with view out over the city. Close to the beach.

-Wifi had ups and downs -Very thin walls and no soundproofing, you can hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway (this is to be expected in older buildings)

Nothing! Everything was great.

The location of the place is excellent. Restaurants and bars are at walking distance but it is still quiet in the rooms. Beach is less than a 5 minute walk. The staff is exceptionally nice. They will try to make your stay very comfortable and they are very helpful. I 100% recommend this place. It was my first time traveling solo and I felt completely safe and at ease.

At weekends there is a quite noisy street down the apartment so if you are looking for quite place it could be a bit challenging there. But in other case it is completely manageable .

The perfect stay for one or a couple who prefer spend most of the time out. Great location with walking distance to almost everything. Old Nice in 10 min, sea shore - in 5. Quite small apartment but with all facilities you need. And all above balcony is lovely, to have there a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning is really enjoyable.

The bathroom is poorly ventilated and has mold. There is an elevator (which fits two people), but it doesn't go all the way to the last floor (sleeping rooms).

The location is excellent, directly in the tourist center and surrounded by many restaurants. The tourist information office is just around the corner. The room was okay, and the balcony was large.

Location was literally perfect. Did not use public transportation at all, though had valid daily tickets. Balcony and the view was pretty cute.

The building is a bit old and not meant to have an elevator. There is one though, but not suitable for the claustrophobic, big people or many bags. Although I'm a small person myself, I could use a slightly bigger bathroom.

The hotel is very well located and easily reached. Smooth check-in and helpful staff! The room was tiny but warm, clean and equiped with a little fridge, table and hairdryer. The balcony was very nice and cute! There's a little wardrobe with hangers that can come in handy.

Well situated, close to the sea and the center, lovely staff. Good water pressure and a lovely view from the balcony.
