The pillows were not too comfortable, but apart from that it was great. The place was super clean. For the price, it was a great value. I would do it again.

The hotel is slightly off the main road and further than others from the train station but still within walking distance. The neighbourhood is not the best and I would not recommend women to go out alone at night

The Ibis hotel are always a safe choice, you get what you pay for. The staff was really helpful and friendly, they helped us out to get the little one comfy, providing a cot mattress and duvets

Location is great as it is close to the train station, there are trams near by and you can still walk to the city centre. The area isn't looking very nice but we have stayed there 3 times and never had an issue. Staff are all very nice, room is clean and the bed is comfortable, that's all we needed. Good experience.

There were too many Ibis Hotels in the area. It took us three visits to other Ibis Hotels before we found the right one. The room was a bit small for the two of us.

It was very quiet, and the breakfast was very good.

The room was compact but had a decent sized bathroom. We had 2 large suitcases so limited space.

The proximity to the train station was fantastic and the tram into the centre. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. Also was good to have the option to order food and drink through the day and evening.

Noticeable deterioration in the locale around the hotel. Was some noise from a group of homeless people outside the room that woke us up in the small hours of the morning.

Clean neat and tidy secure accommodation. Should have gone for the slightly better rooms with the bean to cup coffee maker.

Arriving at Gare Bordeaux there was rubbish everywhere. The rubbish bins were overloaded and had not been collected like it seems for weeks. Must have been a strike on. Signs to the hotel were not easily seen.

Near train station (less then 300 m) as well as near the city centre (about 1.5 km away) and the waterfront. Beds were OK. Breakfast was OK.

It was a bit dark in the room even when opened the curtains and lit the light. The room was comfortable although a bit small.

The location was excellent, just around the corned from the train station and then a 10-15 minute walk into the centre along the river. The staff were super friendly.

Rooms are very small, you need to go around wall-mounted TV to get to bed. No view. The ventilation in toilet is poor.

A few blocks away from railway station, 20min by foot from historic quarter. The staff is very helpful and kind.
