You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomIbis Budjet Caen Memorial appeared a little tired, one of the reasons for chusing Ibis is that normaly a lift is available - 'not here' we were offered a disbled room, which again was tired & lacked maintainence in particular the shower. I understand that a wet floor is good for disabled guests but when getting the shower temperature correct water shot out into the room making for a big clean-up job, this problem has also damaged the entrance frame for some time.

We had arrived really late at night and as soon as I enter the room I had to do the bank bed in order to sleep I didn't understand why only the big bed was prepared and for the bank bed they placed a bag with the sheets and everything inside in order to make the bed. I didn't appreciate it even if it's value for money

Parking was free and right in front of the hotel. Everything worked and the room was neat. Breakfast was ok, maybe a bit crowded at times.

United KingdomIt was not a room to relax in, except for the bed. I think I left my Samsung phone charger in the room but I cant blame the hotel for that - it was my fault.
The staff in the hotel were really outstanding, I can't remember more attentive service in any hotel I've visited in recent years. The bed was really comfortable.
