There can be at least 1 vending machine to buy drinks/snacks/food just in case everywhere is closed in the city on Sundays. :)

There was no balcony and the water in the swimming pool was a bit cold.

The breakfast was very good, fresh and a lot, the staff was realy freindly. The swimmingpool was open till nine o’clock. That was nice after a long drive.

Perfect location 3 mn out of the motorway on the way back from holidays. Arrived at 23h00: super friendly person at the reception. Family room was set up for us. Great night of sleep and excellent breakfast in the morning. Pool was a great addition on a motorway hotel. The location is a commercial zone, but for the one night stay on our way back not an issue at all. The set up is simple, functional and good price for the offered service and amenities.

There was an odd smell in much of the property. It was much like a putride dissinfectant.

The attached restaurant is pretty good. The service was good both in the restaurant and the hotel. The buffet breakfast was very generous.

The sun loungers require replacement, tea and coffee in the room would be good or a fridge. The room looked a little tired. Difficult to get to the hotel without a car. Public transport isn't great there. We wanted to get a taxi but couldn't call the hotel as the phone number on booking.com was incorrect. Taxi's back to the hotel from Orange at night are very expensive.

The outdoor pool was very welcome as it was hot. The reception staff were very helpful. The room was a good size. There's a lot of parking at the hotel.

Dear management of Ibis Orange Sud, This message to let you know that we actually fled your hotel on Friday 7 June. We booked a room through Booking on our way to our vacation in the south of France. After a long day of driving in the heat with our two dogs, we checked in but got the message that the AC was not working in the room. Exhausted and without an alternative, we decided to stay hoping that it would be acceptabel. However, as we tried to sleep with the window open, is was really too much to bear. It was over 30 degrees in the room. The dogs were clearly overheating. At 23:00 o'clock we started calling hotels in the vicinity and were lucky to find the Mercure with a last room with AC that could take us. We immediately left and told your receptionist the reason. He was busy and only said 'ok'. I really feel it was not responsabel to rent us this room. Knowing the temperatures we so high, and knowing the conditions in your hotel, you should have called us on the way in to warn us in time. So we could have organized an alternative in time. Now I really got the impression that you still were trying to rent rooms without AC that were in fact not suited fir people (and animals) to stay in with temperatures over 30 degrees. We are quite shocked about this experience. The fact that we now paid double for the night is a mere detail, but I would appreciate a refund. Awaiting your answer. With regards,

We had a huge problem to actually FIND the Hotel. Impossible to find even using google maps and car navigation system. The roads don't exist in Navigation systems You drive around in circles and around circles for some time. There is NO lift. The Room is tiny

It is okay to spend the night, that's all. The swimming pool is the best feature.
