Rooms are really out dated, certainly not what was advertised on the site. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Basic amenities were missing. Aircon doesn’t get turned on till the summer and no fans in the whole hotel. So a room on the 15th floors without being able to open a window got really hot

The windows didn’t open at all in the bedroom, the carpet was stained and the room looked like it needed freshening up! There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room

The location was good, close to the metro which was helpful for us to access the city! The staff were wonderful, all really friendly and helpful. Parking really convenient and the bed was really comfortable and we slept like a log, amazing!

It was located in a doggy neighbourhood, air-conditioning wasn't working, and there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. No cattle and hotel restaurant was open just for a few hours.

Although I had done the payment while check-in but I was told that the payment was not done while chek-out. Had to wait 20 mins to sort this out.

The rooms have NO windows!! I never missed windows more in my life. The absorber in the room didn’t work so all the steam from the shower had to way to evaporate. The location is very sketchy. Not safe for a solo female traveler. There is a market in front of the hotel so prepare for a lot of people (not sure if it’s only on weekends)

The staff is very polite and accommodated our needs. Metro is 7 mins away and there is a Carrefour nearby. Overall for a cheap hotel, it’s ok.

The room stank of smoke when I first entered and the bed blankets are thin and scratchy, the pillows are barely full. There is no kettle in the room. The location is dodgy, if you are a young woman be cautious around the area, I was harassed twice. Other than that, good solid stay. Best thing about is how close it is to the metro.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, the views are great! The hotel is only a five minute walk to the metro Porte de Montreuil. The breakfast has a great variety, the shower was easy to use, the air conditioning worked fine. As a female solo traveller, I felt safe and comfortable.

Sowers definitely need a renovation- very moldy and creepy looking. The location at night is very scary with drunks everywhere. No good shops nearby. The elevator took ages to wait for!!!

The room is ok. Bed is comfortable enough. Hot water. We didn’t try breakfast. Two metro stations nearby- line 1 a 15-min walk and going to all the central sights. And line 9 a 5-min walk.

The air conditioner could've worked better. It was very hot and the ac wasn't that great making the room uncomfortable and making it very difficult to sleep. For the price we paid, you should be able to control your air temperature however you like. There was only 1 elevator in the building working at the time and you had to wait a very long time for it to come to the floor you requested. And the only vending machine in the lobby that provided cold drinks was out of order.

Breakfast was great! The staff were very nice and helpful! Aesthetically, The hotel and rooms were very nice.

Quite of a journey by metro to City Centre. The metro station is less than 10min away, the problem is that during day time there was sort of a street fair of fake products (so crowded), night time was very quiet but you might bump into drunks. Besides that, was a good stay.

The rooms smelled of stale smoke. Only 1 out of 3 lifts were working. Not acceptable in 34°C to use the stairs from 15th floor when there was such a wait for the lift one morning. Overpriced considering it's third world location and tired state of rooms. Aircon was struggling to cool room at night and control has a fitted wooden mirror frame covering half of it making it very difficult to adjust temperature. This would fail an electrical safety test. Very tired bathroom with no brush for toilet, very cheap shower and prison toilet paper!!

Gentleman at reception who changed my room due to the first one having been smoked in very recently was very helpful and efficient at his job. Room was very clean.
