You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very helpful staff, comfortable bed, quite a large bathroom, close to train station. Breakfast ok. Clean. Were able to keep luggage at reception after checkout.

United KingdomNot the fault of the property but as a solo female traveller, I was not comfortable walking to the hotel after 10.00 at night.
The Ibis is well run and has enough properly trained staff to ensure a comfortable stay. For a three star hotel, it offers more than I expected and I am always pleased when a hotel exceeds my expectations. The room was beautifully clean, the breakfasts varied and something for everyone but more importantly the staff were exceptionally helpful and charming.

United KingdomLifts did not take you directly to ground floor from certain rooms so be prepared for a few steps or request for room fully accessible by lift. Would have appreciated some hair conditioner as only hair and shampoo (same bottle) was provided. These days, due to flight restrictions, there are limits on liquids (including hair conditioner) being carried on cabin luggage. I did miss scrambled eggs, mushrooms, sausages and baked beans. Bring a flask or water bottle as there is no kettle in the room. However, there is complimentary hot and cold water, iced tea and pop corn available at reception between 4pm to 10pm daily.
Bed/mattress is very comfortable. Loved the portable bedside table. Room is very quiet. Shower is great with excellent water pressure. Toilet and bathroom very clean. 24 hour reception and staff on duty are helpful and fluent in both English and French. Loved the variety of breakfast and freshly squeezed orange juice machine.
