No kettle no water, no mugs in the room. Hot water and bottles for cold water were available at the reception. No comfortable chairs, only one metal one for two people.

Very helpful staff, comfortable bed, quite a large bathroom, close to train station. Breakfast ok. Clean. Were able to keep luggage at reception after checkout.

Not the fault of the property but as a solo female traveller, I was not comfortable walking to the hotel after 10.00 at night.

The Ibis is well run and has enough properly trained staff to ensure a comfortable stay. For a three star hotel, it offers more than I expected and I am always pleased when a hotel exceeds my expectations. The room was beautifully clean, the breakfasts varied and something for everyone but more importantly the staff were exceptionally helpful and charming.

The rooms were very warm so I think the air on was centrally controlled and still on a heat setting but it could of done with being able to manage the temp in the room yourself

Staff were extremely helpful. Right from the start we were greeted by Thomas who was so friendly and helpful. Location was great. Lots of places to eat . Local supermarket. Would highly recommend Ibis Styles.

Lifts did not take you directly to ground floor from certain rooms so be prepared for a few steps or request for room fully accessible by lift. Would have appreciated some hair conditioner as only hair and shampoo (same bottle) was provided. These days, due to flight restrictions, there are limits on liquids (including hair conditioner) being carried on cabin luggage. I did miss scrambled eggs, mushrooms, sausages and baked beans. Bring a flask or water bottle as there is no kettle in the room. However, there is complimentary hot and cold water, iced tea and pop corn available at reception between 4pm to 10pm daily.

Bed/mattress is very comfortable. Loved the portable bedside table. Room is very quiet. Shower is great with excellent water pressure. Toilet and bathroom very clean. 24 hour reception and staff on duty are helpful and fluent in both English and French. Loved the variety of breakfast and freshly squeezed orange juice machine.

It was easy to find; central to everything; walking distance (very near) to the train station if you want to visit Monaco. The staff were brilliant, friendly. They even lent us an adaptor for our chargers for our entire stay. Nothing bad about this hotel.

If being pernickety it would have been great to have a hotel bar but totally understand perhaps not financially viable

Good location! Close to the train station and city center. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. We loved the 4 pm popcorn  and the free water. Also, the room was very clean and the bed really comfortable. This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations.

Always prefer a kettle in the room form tea/coffee. Don't like flat-bottomed basins!

We were given a lovely big room with balcony. Easy access from the station and great breakfast. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. After a week it felt like home.
