The place is super close to everything, place massena, promenade d’anglais and gare. A small walk from tram to Airport. Check in out check out procedure was simple and well explained. Room had all the necessary amenities and was clean.

When we entered it was a little dusty( maybe because it is attic ) and not well-ventilated. It was a little too narrow, the stairs to the bed are old and small( need to be careful when going upstairs) The terrace was really small.

We found the place easy and the communication with the host was good, she responded to us every time. It had everything needed - microwave, fridge, coffee machine, stoves - everything working and helped us for our 5 day stay.

I wish there had been a broom, to sweep the floor during the four days, we stayed there. Also maybe salt/pepper/oil would gave been useful, so we didn't have to buy everything for just three nights.

The unit is very small. I hit my head numerous times in the loft area as a 6 foot tall person. The unit has everything you need, but could use some extra towels, salt and Pepper for cooking, and other small amenities.

The property’s location in the old town is fantastic. Very easy to reach main sites.

Very spacious apartment. Big living room, kitchen as well as bathroom (double sink). Also very spacious outside area with nice chairs and sun beds. Location is perfect with everything close by. Despite location no sounds at night at all. Kitchen is complete and has all amenities you need. Host really helpful and kind.

The wifi is not working, and the hot water is not enough for shower of two person in the morning.

The location is perfect for visitors to explore the city and beach. The room is clean and quiet, we had a very good time there. The landlord is really nice and supportive.

The bathroom would smell of sulfur periodically. The unit is very small compared to the other two units on that floor.

Shower drain clogged upon arrival fixed by owner in a timely manner, but bad design will still partially flood the bathroom. Bed very uncomfortable

The bathroom is very attractive to look at, but not brilliantly functional - we had to sit down in the bath and use the shower head to avoid soaking the bathroom. This didn't pose a problem for us at all and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and/or stay here again (all other elements function fine), just highlighting it for anyone that it may cause problems for.

The location is excellent, and the host went out of their way to get us into the room early because we had plans in the afternoon and wanted to refresh first. The kitchen facilities were good, with all basic items provided to allow us to make ourselves lunches and snacks, etc.

Not much, there wasn’t any hand soap which feel like should be provided. & there was a very bad smell coming from the shower on occasion but running the water got rid of it quickly.

Really great location - very central, was very clean, good communication from the owner. The bed was comfy, It was smaller than expected, cosy but didn’t really impact our stay as was barely there - overall good value for money.

Only small negative is the restaurant downstairs can be quite noisy in the early morning when they are cleaning and emptying dustbins. Won’t disturb you unless you’re a late sleeper.

Stairwell leading up to the apartment a bit dark / grotty. Wine bottle opener was provided but was broken, so had to go down and ask the restaurant to borrow one. Some basics like a bottle of water in the fridge or a welcome note with a chocolate or some biscuits would be a nice touch.

Great location central Nice, set back off of a main street of shops & restaurants. Quirky little 3rd floor roof apartment, Tribal decor was different, everything you needed & nice small balcony overlooking the restaurant garden below. Comfortable bed / mattress.

It’s not really something I didn’t like - but the property is a little small. In AUD conversion the price for this stay is quite high - so we were expecting something a little bit bigger, don’t let this deter as it was still quite a lovely / cosy place!

It was in an amazing location. Really liked how close to everything it was. The train station is only a 20 minute walk and overall, you are in the heart of Nice when you stay here. The place had a washing machine which was good and quite a big deck area to sit outside. It was cleaned well before our stay

Having to carry heavy suitcases up three flights of stairs was not fun, and the bed was not very comfortable. It would have also been nice to have a comfortable seat/sofa to sit on inside the accommodation. In the end, we moved one of the fold-up chairs from the balcony into the living area if it got too hot to sit outside.

The apartment was in a great location, and was very spacious, with a nice balcony and bathroom, and good facilities in the kitchen. The air conditioning was also a godsend, given the very hot temperatures outside.

The place was cosy and convenient, next to the city centre, the old town and the beach. The air cond was greatly appreciated as Nice was boiling hot. The host helped us fix the lack of towels in the room straight away and was very accommodating as we could leave our bags in a safe room after checkout. I recommend this place.

A little more information would be helpful regarding facilities. For example, the hairdryer on the wall was broken, but we didn't know there was another one in a drawer. Also, the safe was broken, but it could be operated with a separate key, but it wasn't in the info pack

The air conditioning in the room needed maintenance/cleaning: The AC was on full blast throughout our stay, but the room (especially upstairs) was hot, which made it difficult to sleep.

The location is suberb and the room was quiet and clean. The room was well equipped. Worth the price.
