The wifi did not work at all, could not even connect to it, "check your router". Lacking nightstands, towel racks. Hair dryer did not work.

We had a triple and it was a nice, spacious room. Beds were good, nice clean room. Friendly staff. Metro stops and bus stops were just a few blocks away. A myriad of restaurants and cafes in every direction. Plenty of outlets.

There are more things,but as it is a historical building, we should expect a very tiny lift, wobling narrow staircase etc. I was only concerned about fire safety as we were on 5th floor. Not recommend for family with children or elderly people or for more nights , would be problem with luggage. But for 2 nights , only with cabin luggage made a job.

Old features on the windows on the stairs, location and surrounding area, 20 min walking to Louvre etc. Cute tiny tiny petite hotel .

The smallest lift ever, 2 persons barely fit. Breakfast is poor (sweet options are ok but there is no savory options like sandwich or omelette, no fruits and vegetables). Isolation between rooms is bad.

Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was confortable. Nice Parisian view on another building. Location is ok, metro and bus are in 10 min distance. Friendly staff.

Walls really thin as could hear room next door using their sockets on the wall.

Straight forward you get what you pay for. We basically wanted somewhere to sleep ,so chosen a room with our own bathroom as I can’t share . That’s what we got and we were very pleased with it. Clean towels everyday, not always the right size for our bodies 😂😂😂 but at least they were dry and clean. Staff super nice, helpful and nothing was too much bother. We were able to drop our bags earlier than check in as well as leave our bags early on the morning we were leaving to go and grab breakfast. We couldn’t ask for more really. We are not high maintenance, and Jeff Hotel offered all that we needed. Plenty of places to eat and to drink around it, fabulous. Thank you Jeff Hôtel Team !

I mean, you get what you pay for. Conditions aren’t 5 stars but prices are not 5 stars as well. It serves perfectly for someone looking for a place to just rest while juggling Paris. However if you are comfort conscious or need to work in the room I wouldn’t recommend.

Staff - useless and rude. First, they charged us incorrect amount of city tax and refused to refund, if you stay there double check what they are going to charge you. Second, it took them ages to find an iron. Third, keep your babies far from receptionists, as they tend to touch baby’s face with their dirty hands. Rooms - small, drains clogged. We were provided with a cot bed but it was broken… Also, don’t buy breakfast at this hotel, it’s the same every day and variety of food is poor: only some bakery, yogurts and beverages.

The wifi password didn't work. The shower was crap, and I was on the first floor and the windows were paper thin, I could hear literally everything that happened outside and did not get any sleep.

Checkin was easy, the staff were friendly. It was simple but fine.

The bed and pillow were uncomfortable. There was a broken tile on the floor in the room, the shower cabin was difficult to close, and to open the window, you had to hold the curtain with blinds twice as long as the height of the wall. Every minute in the hotel, you realize that you are in a budget cheap hotel.

The location is perfect. It’s the best location for people who like walking as it is in a walking distance from all famous places (1.5 km till Louvre and 1.5 km till The Basilica of Sacré-Cœur)

The wifi was not working at all throughout our stay. The rooms really need a lot of things fixed (i.e. broken tiles). Windows are not soundproof so we heard some loud people in the street after hours.

The staff were helpful and really accommodating. The location is great, close to the metro and many restaurants. Continental breakfast was plentiful

Everything about this place was great. Perfect localization, amazing stuff and hospitality. Huuuuge bed and linen. Everyday cleaning and towels change by very nice ladies.I trully recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit Paris on a short trip. Excellent!

Dirty. There was hair in the pillow and in the bed. The wifi is not working at all. The shower is not working properly.

On the first day (12/31) I said I didn't want them to make my room that day and they came in and a person with short hair stretched out on my bed. The hotel worker did not give us any response and did not change our room nor did they offer us a change of sheet set. We contacted the hotel's customer service through booking and they did not give us any explanation either. The last three days they did not make our room and they did not give us a set of towels. We had to go down to the hotel reception and ask the guy at the reception for sheets. On the last day we accumulated a total of 9 towels in the room since the previous ones were not collected. The heating was at a very high temperature and we had to open the windows to be able to be in the room without sweating.

For us the room was way to hot because of the central heating that was high. We couldn't controle it ourselves. Bring earplugs for sleeping ;)

After reading all the reviews my friend and I were mentally prepared for the worst. We booked it because it was cheap and because of the great location. However, when we arrived we were very happily surprised. The people from the reception were very friendly, the room was spacious and we had a french balcony with a nice view. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Just keep in mind it's a two star hotel.
