The internet on the TV did not work and the staff could not manage to fix it. Also there was a lot of noise on the corridor night time.

    Location and cleanness.

One of the lifts was out of order as there was some construction work ongoing, but not really an issue for us as we stayed on the second floor. Small selection of beers in the bar downstairs, however the aflamen (I think it was called) was very nice.

Room was very clean, had a kettle etc as well. The shower was particularly good. The local area has some very nice restaurants and areas for walking. I'd advise going down and walking along the canal nearby, some great bars and food spots.

it was a little bit dark in the room but not a huge problem.

We arrived early, despite check-in being available only after 14.00 the staff checked if they can arrange a room for us and they did! and it was very helpful for us. In addition the staff helped us to get photos for our navigo cards as well. Overall they were very kind and helpful. The location was fine, it was 20-30 mins away from most of the attractions by bus or metro. very close to the metro station.

No safe in room as stated when booking. The walls were thin so there was a fair amount of noise from the corridor with other guests passing to get to their rooms and noise from the street.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic but comfortable. Close to metro and convenience stores.

The first day they cleaned the room, but did not change our towels. The second day we asked them to change towels, but they didn't tidy the room. They didn't even make our beds. These are things that you expect to happen in a hotel by default. Lastly, we only wanted to have coffee one morning (which we obviously paid for it). We were asked to sit in the lounge/bar area, but we asked them to move to the breakfast area because it smelled alcohol from the event the night before. Then, we were asked to sit in a corner close to a staff member (I guess because they were afraid we might eat food without having paid?).

It was good value for money. The breakfast was not included but you could add it for 15euros per person. It was quite basic, they could have made it richer but overall okay.

I wish the room did not have a carpet. It looked like it had seen better days.

This hotel was comfortable and affordable, with very kind staff. The hotel is near bus stops and a metro line (metro line 7 connects to Gare de l'Est and other lines that go to the city center). Grocery stores, pharmacies, boulangeries, and restaurants surround it. The room was clean and comfortable, with a big window that could be opened for fresh air (if one needed some). In addition, the big window allowed lots of natural light to pour into the room, but they also had thick curtains that could block light if desired (like if one would want to sleep in on the weekend). It had a desk, enough room to hang clothes, store your luggage, and a water kettle to boil water for coffee or tea. The hotel also offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Of course they are optional services that can bee booked at an additional cost. I think it is very convenient to know that you can also have a meal at the hotel if you run out of time or don't have time to figure out where/what to eat etc.

A hotel with a good value for money with a delicious buffet breakfast!

The bathroom is clean and the toiletries were provided which was good. However, maybe because of the old ventilation system, there is a particular odor that stays. Also, we stayed in the time where they are doing renovations just on the floor above our room so there were some noise during the afternoon (but not in the evening!) and this information was clearly posted around the hotel.

We have to go to Paris for a concert and we primarily chose this hotel for its proximity to the concert venue. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to locate and at how big the beds were in comparison to standard double size. The buffet breakfast was very good! It was the best part of our stay there. There is a wide variety of choices, the restaurant is clean and the food was delicious!

the beds were very hard with flat pillows. The room was also very warm the entire time. We turned off the heating, but still had to sleep with the windows opened in februari.

The location of the hotel is amazing and easy accesible by car. Across the street is a lovely bakery and the hotel is very close to the metro. There is a small parking lot at the hotel, so it's perfect for a short stay at Paris. The room was clean and nice. The shower was great after a long day of walking. Bed sheets were very soft. Price/quality wise quite well.

Could have done with a bit more milk and coffee/tea. Otherwise, no issues. It served its purpose well.

Hotel is outside Central Paris but right on the Number 7 Metro line to Opera. Very accessible for all sightseeing trips. Good clean rooms, though not much elbow room, however we were barely in it

The breakfast could be made fresh. The juice seemed to be poured from a carton and not made fresh. So is the case with fruits and many other breakfast items. The walls are not very soundproof and can be irritating if you have someone noisy next door.

Comfortable stay within walking distance from the metro. The room, though compact by Paris standards, had all the required amenities, clean toilet/shower and comfortable bed. The reception staff's exceptional service goes above and beyond, providing helpful recommendations and a warm welcome. The added convenience of safe parking downstairs is a big plus. However, you need to pay 20€ per day for parking. Breakfast was reasonable, but nothing special.

Convenient & clean hotel for a short stay
    • Leisure trip

For the price, it was all OK, maybe a bit dated (but clean) and the room was a bit on the small side but that's the norm in Paris.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, silent at night, and convenient overall. There is a metro station very close by, a supermarket next door, several cafés and bistros in the area, shops, etc. You can reach the Gare du Nord on a 30 min stroll which made it convenient for us arriving by Eurostar. The personnel was nice and the room was reasonably comfortable. Overall I would say it's good value for money but don't expect coziness, romantic, or much space to move around.

The restaurant of the hotel could improve with a few more choices for the a la carte menu. The location is convenient for using the underground (2 minutes walk) but otherwise, it's quite far to walk from any monuments and sites

As a family of 6 we rented a family room (4 beds) and a twin room (2). The family room with 1 double bed and 2 single was very spacious and comfortable to stay in for 4 nights. The location was very convenient for using the underground and there were a lot of restaurants and bakeries around open throughout the day
