Very attractive bastide style property well located, boutique interior & exceptional Italian restaurant next door. Mimsy on reception was outstanding; welcoming, knowledgeable on the area & even produced a honey & lemon hot drink for my husbands sore throat. Would very definitely return when next in the area.

Very nice hotel with exceptional staff who truly went above and beyond and were so charming and helpful. Special shout out to Katherine who was so lovely and really made our trip! Breakfast v good but not included in price which we hadn’t realised. Lovely pool area and good sized rooms.

Great check-in experience, with Mimsey. Polite and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable, good Aircon and excellent shower. Pool was just outside our room and was kept in crystal clear condition.

There is little to improve at the hotel. It is some distance from the town, though this might be considered a bonus. Parking in the evening is not easy because the attached restaurant is one of the most popular in Valbonne and attracts a significant number of vehicles who use the hotel car park.

The staff at the hotel are truly exceptional, anything is possible for them. They were helpful friendly and resolved any questions we had. Sitting by the pool I watched staff cleaning a room, their attention to polishing hoovering (including the balcony) was exemplary. Our room bore testament to the cleanliness I observed. I like the fact that the pool is enclosed and has a natural feel to it.

The hotel could do with a bar in the reception area. Also the coffee machine needs to be working. Breakfast is not great for €15. I would expect a better spread and selection of food.

The cosy entrance and helpful staff on arrival.we had a lovely room on the 1st floor overlooking the pool. The resturant next door is excellent. I would advise booking in advance.

Our room - we were given the worst location - a room on the lower floor, next to the kitchen and with ZERO privacy from the breakfast area. We had to keep our curtains drawn all through our visit. We reserved months in advance and told the staff of our 25th anniversary. When I asked the Asian gent upon check in if they had an alternate room upstairs, he answered: "NO. You have the last room...fully booked." Then, he told me to leave my car where it was - ten minutes later he told me to move it. Parking is nearly impossible on the property. Our reservation detailed two bathrobes in the room. There were none. When I asked for them, I was told they were by special request only. So I said: "..ok, I request them. We reserved and they were part of the reservation..." We received the bathrobes, but ...special request? The ONLY redeeming factor was the kindness of the two ladies mentioned before. hey should be the model for a better customer service and property...again, they were wonderful. Breakfast was passable...the coffee, poor.

Two ladies that welcomed us and wished us a happy anniversary were WONDERFUL. I believe they were Mimsy and Lydia? Lovely people. The fellow the night before was not very communicative - or helpful. The pool is excellent -

One of our group’s “standard” rooms felt more like a maids room (chamber de bonne) tucked away in a corner with little windows overlooking the parking lot and a bathroom that is not yet renovated. A room like that should be described and priced differently. Our “luxury” room on the other hand overlooking the pool looked more like a standard room. So if you have the choice … go for luxury! No lift to first floor (2nd floor for Americans).

Pleasant outdoor breakfast by the pool. Friendly staff. Popular Italian trattoria restaurant next door.
