Breakfast was very much a laissez faire event. Continental but sufficient.

Location was excellent, right in the centre of town, short walk to the lake and shops. Room was spacious and the bathrooms have recently been renovated. Balcony overlooked the Carnaval which made it more fun.

The personnel were fantastic. Hassan and the others at the front desk and even in the restaurant were very attentive and accommodating. We could not have asked for more. The room and bath were very large and our balcony overlooking the lake was lovely. The room otherwise was a little sparse and could use some decorations. The mattress was also fairly firm. On the other hand, the location was superb as the hotel is right next to the pedestrian street in Evian. Parking can be a challenge, but in February we found adequate free street parking.

I felt like the floors hadn't really beed cleaned in my room. That was my only complaint.

Great location. It had a big room and a comfy bed. I liked that you could open the windows. The bathroom was also large and had a bidet. Staff was friendly.

There is an issue with the internet connection for some iPhones ( Apple security), but it appears to be an 'area' issue. It happened to me again in a nearby cafe. The owner is aware; he was very helpful, and he is looking for a solution. This applies to some UK, US and Swiss sim cards and iPhone holders. I used my UK service provide instead.

The location is ideal, a 9-minute walk from the train station. It is just at the corner of a pedestrian-commercial street. The owner said the hotel re-opened late last summer after being refurbished. The room I had was large, with a very comfortable bed and a lovely street-lake view. The window opens, but when it is closed, the room is very quiet.

Car parking is not available, and it is expensive to park it in the parking of the office of tourism.

The location is great just in the downtown area, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and multilingual. The room was clean and most importantly there is a bidet in the bathroom which is normally not existing in the hotels of France.

I liked everything about this stay and highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was exceptional! I would return to stay here again. The owner of the hotel and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was amazing, very large, and had everything I needed. The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything and walkable. Fantastic views, and lovely restaurant.

Breakfast was extremely poor for the price charged. Wifi access was an odd set up and not easy to connect so did not use. Disturbed in the early hours by reception calling about access to hotel although we were already back and sleeping.

The reception staff was awkward, willing to do well but did not come across as hospitality trained. During breakfast, no one was checking that the breakfast was fully available with no missing items, we had missing food, lack of tea spoons, plates,...

The front door is sticking and needs to be repaired, rather than requiring guests to get used to the fact that the door closes in an unusual way. There are no glass partitions in the shower room, so everything flows onto the floor and large puddles form. At the reception there is an old armchair that looks untidy. The owner of the hotel could use better treatment of the employees
