We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOur rooms were on the third floor - and no lift so it was quite a climb. On the other hand it meant very little street noise.
Location for the ferry port is excellent and yet is close to bars and restaurants. The reception was extremely friendly and helpful (Julien) and although hotel reception is only manned for a couple of hours in the afternoon, Julien had made every effort to ensure that we knew how to access our room, with email and text instructions. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean.

NetherlandsIt is always nice to have a minibar in the room however this is a very good 2 star hotel where you do not expect a fridge. But it would have made to stay even better.
The location of the hotel is in the middle of the main street towards the beach. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The breakfast is simpel but very good. The room had everything we needed, comfortable bed and a proper bathroom.

United KingdomOnly one minor problem, room 15 suffers from being next to the stairs and also the person above me had no consideration for the room below. Having said that, the noise ceased around 11pm and I had an uninterrupted night's sleep.
I had a slight problem with booking this hotel (booking.com problem not the hotel) and as a result I had to check direct with the hotel to ensure I was actually booked in. I was, and the help given to me by Julien at the hotel was exceptional. When I checked in the following day he remembered our conversation and was again very helpful with my requests, not necessarily common ones. He took everything in his stride, An excellent stay!
