House keeping is done once a week. I would like it to be more frequent but it’s not a deal breaker!

They have recently renovated the rooms and the hallways. Loved how clean everything was. The front desk staff is the best part of the stay. They are super kind, friendly and helpful. Kamal, Lea, Bruno and the others are wonderful and go out of their ways to help you. The property is 1.5 kms away from the city centre and is easily accessible by walk. Also bus stops are really close by where #8 bus comes frequently and takes you to the city centre. At about a 10 minute walk, you can also catch bus A which comes every 5 minutes and takes you to Gare as well as city centre.

My family of four stayed for four days but there was only one toilet paper roll, we had to keep asking an extra roll one by one. It was unfortunately quite annoying. Electiric kettle had very strong chemical smell, so we couldn't use it. It might be ok for thick cofffe but far from being usable for tea.

Hard to find-even with GPS. Not walkable to anywhere.

Great value for money. Although not in the old town it was easy to access by bus. Free parking if you are lucky, if not it is 5 Euros per night (much better than 20 Euros in cramped spaces in town. Very good bed. Staff very helpful. Well situated for trips around area.

It’s exceptionally clean. The room is equipped with a fridge, stove and utensils which is good for taking a break from eating out.

The bed mattress wasn’t comfortable it was 2 single beds joint together and the mattress was old and cause backache.

Good location, just 25 minute walk from the city centre, clean spacious apartment with the kitchen. Free parking lot in front of the hotel. Good value for money.

A nice apartment with all you need but we only stayed 1 night. Parking for free in front of the hotel. A nice restaurant Golden Tulip just next door.

Cleaning the room hasn’t been done during our 5 nights stay, not even changing the towels or adding toilet paper ( although you have the possibility to ask for cleaning for an additional fee, which i find weird) Luckily we had our own towels and toilet papers with us.

Enough space and room equipped with the necessary kitchen utilities for 2 persons - free parking in front of the hotel, and payed secured parking .

As the location is out of the main town, there is only one restaurant within walking distance at another hotel.

Located in a quiet street with car parking which suited us. Half hour walk into Centre Ville or with the bus stop an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel, the 6 minute bus ride was very convenient. Clean, spacious rooms with a mini kitchen, microwave and fridge. Very comfortable bed and plenty of space for a longer stay.

The key-card of our room was not working and every time we had to ask someone from reception to come and open the door. It was really annoying. Each time new explanation of the situation as the staff was changing and couple of times there were looks as if we couldn’t open the door because it was our fault. Finally one member of staff fixed it, but we were already leaving at this point. Anyway big thanks to her. One other girl especially was not helpful at all and didn’t want to even help with the door. Also the room was equipped with half roll of toiletpaper and as we stayed for 2 nights, we were not prepared that we need to carry our own toiletpaper. So when we went to ask for more, the same girl just drew on the map location of supermarket. And no additional toilet paper. That was surprising.

Safe and big parking, good location for exploring the area by car. Also it was nice 25minute walk to the center of Aix. Quite big apartment and good air conditioner.

it’s just a bit far from the city centre. it is not a deal breaker though because the bus stop is about 5-600 metres away and the city centre itself is less than 2 km away.

clean, well equipped, well maintained with the nicest people on the front desk. this is always my favourite place to stay when I’m in Aix. The rooms are well equipped with well stocked kitchen. it’s located in a nice quiet spot. Love everything about it really.
