Unfortunately we got very little sleep as we were directly above the restaurant/bar of the hotel and the noise went on until well after midnight.

The location of the hotel could not have been better with its proximity to the old town and the tram line coming directly in from the airport. We had the most friendly welcome from Daniel and our room was ready immediately. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the bed was very comfortable.

Lack of hot food at breakfast. Arrived for breakfast at 9am, all the bacon and scrambled eggs were gone. When I asked if any more were going to be available the waitress replied “No” (most unhelpful).

Nothing really - shower could have been a double but the bathroom was really nice.

The location is the absolute win here, it’s so close to old town, the port and the tram station so really convenient. It felt really safe and secure. The staff were really kind every time we spoke to them, and let us leave our bags early / pick them up late for our flight home. We had a twin room which was spacious for the two of us and overall there were good facilities. It’s in a busy area but we rarely heard any noise. All round a really good stay and we will return when we’re back in the area. Nice, small, friendly local hotel.

The air conditioner was producing a strange smell, probably needed a filter change. That was practically our only small complaint about the room. We did not end up using it because it was not too warm in the room anyway.

Surprisingly there was street work going on near by. Therefore we changed the room. Our new room was on the better side of the enviroment.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Location was great, and very easy to access via the tram from the airport. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had a lost luggage issue with our airline and the staff was helpful in coordinating delivery of our luggage. The room was a little small for two people and our luggage, but that is expected in an older building.

The shower wasn't very clean and didn't look like it had been cleaned properly in a while. There was a lot of mould on the shower walls and the floor needed a deep clean.

There is no elevator which is ok for me but might be an issue for some. There is a lot of construction going on outside but that didn’t diminish from the hotel experience.

Excellent location! The room was cute and more spacious than I was expecting. Renovated and new. Everything was very nicely appointed. The staff was very helpful. They held our luggage before checkin and moved everything up to our room once it was ready. Nice touch!
