An electric kettle with some tea / coffee would be welcome.

traditional family-run hotel, located right in the heart of Dijon, well renovated rooms in traditional style, including a (non-functional) chimney in the rom , quite large, with table, armchair, creaky wooden floors, comfortable beds, very good and brand new bathroom. Warm welcome at the reception. Would definitively come back or recommend. No parking, but possible in the street, for free at night. Quite safe. Actually, we could watch our car from the room's window. We did not try the breakfast.

There was a little road construction in front of the hotel, so it was quite noisy earlier in the morning.

Our stay at Hotel Le Jacquemart was very nice. We enjoyed a comfortable room on the upper floor, and the historic charm of the hotel added to the authentic Dijon experience. Plus, there are plenty of bars and cafes conveniently located nearby.

No AC, it was very hot in our room (especially when coming back after hot day, it was nicer outside). Room had a fan though which helped a bit. Stairs were a bit of a challenge too.

Very good location, rather big room.

Many things were I to plunge into detail, but none of them important. Location trumps many things.

We have stayed in this hotel before. It is not the most modern, the rooms and bathroom equipment are oldish. However, the rooms are clean and ... above all ... the location of this hotel is TOP. You will love the convenience of the short walk to the Palais des Ducs de Bourgogne and surrounding neighbourhood where you will find many boutiques and restaurants. Parking is frequently available in the street right in front of the hotel, we lucked out and we able to park immediately across from the entrance. This is our 3rd visit to this hotel, and only once have we had to leave the car in the public car park which is 300 m away. Other highlights were the friendly staff, and reasonable room rate. I recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

It was noisy at night till a bar behind the hotel closed. Then perfectly quiet. Maybe some better double glazed windows and also block out blinds would be small things to add but would not stop me from staying here again.

We had a triple room and it was great value for our family (2 adults, 2 9yr old girls). Beds were comfortable, room was large, bathroom was clean, bath was a great change after showers only - small but deep and very clean. Our girls loved it. Location was excellent and an easy 15min walk from station with luggage and right in the centre.

My kind of hotel; traditional, faded, but central, friendly staff, and really handy for the market, restaurants and museums. In a beautiful area of a beautiful city. Good wifi too. Handsome room. We used onstreet parking, with the Flowbird app.

The hotel needs modernising, most of all I don't like the old fashion bathroom, the rounded bottom bathtub for taking a shower can be dangerous, especially as there's no grip bar to avert a sudden loss of footing. And ... adjusting the hot/cold water with the old mitigeur proved difficult and annoying.

I loved the location, and the value for money. There's an affordable public car park only 300 metres away. But there's also the possibility of parking in the street. A good breakfast, with bread you slice yourself, a toaster and a boiled egg cooker. This is my second stay at the hotel and I will definitely return.
